以我的经验来看。
首先应该听一套过去的听力题。
这一周就听这一套，专每天听两遍。
后半周把属听不懂的，看原稿给弄懂了，听力应该能提高20%

然后就是作文了。
自己挑3、4篇作文的例文来背。然后默写。
考试的时候一定能派上用场。

英语四级主要考听力、阅读、翻译和作文这四种题型，三个月的准备时间很充足了，但是如何在这三个月内系统的复习，我觉着还是分享一下我的复习经验，希望对你有借鉴意义。（我第一次写自己的复习经验，不足之处望见谅哈。）

英语四级的复习，我建议从以下方面进行。

第一步：单词

如果用一周左右的时间，每天花一段固定的时间来大量地背单词，这样收获的不仅是阅读和听力的提高，更重要的是对自己的信心!这一周左右的时间，你可以用来专门记忆四级必考的单词。闪过英语《四级词汇闪过》就很适合用来记高频词汇，它里面包含的考纲单词很全面，而且对于必考单词的用法也很突出，这样我们只需要花费少量的时间，就可以记住所有的必考单词了，很实用。
第二步：听力

要想在短时间内提高听力，最好的办法就是多听。不用听太多的辅导材料，找来历年真题的听力，反复听，把握出题的思路和录音的语速、语调。尽力培养英语思维。如果在听听力时习惯于将每个单词和句子翻译成汉语，这既浪费时间，也影响理解弄不好会影响以后的听力理解。

最好的办法是逐渐培养用英语思维，不但可以节约时间还可以提高理解力。如果遇到难题，要当机立断，千万不要在一道题上花太多的时间。尽量余下几秒时间以便浏览下一题的选择项。
第三步：阅读

快速阅读文章速度大约为每分钟200字，快速阅读的重点是掌握文章大意，其实做阅读也有技巧的，首先先看下面的问题，带着问题有目标的看阅读，正确率会比较高，如果遇到时间不太够的情况，你可以看每段开头第一句，这样也能帮你提高蒙答案的正确率，哈哈哈这话说的有点不负责任。

第四步：写作和翻译

考前一周可以疯狂背作文，哪怕只背一两篇好段落也行啊，考试一定用的到的。还有就是审题！一定要仔细，不要人家让你写信，你却写成了议论文。翻译主要还是靠积累单词，不会的单词替换，千万不要自己造单词啊，我就是吃了这个亏，所以我就是传说中的永远差两分过线。

作文背几个模板（一定要背）。听力专注于11～15题，19～25题，已经section C的填词部分，都比版较简单。阅读拿到权手不要看文章，直接看题目（相信我），然后再到文章里去找答案，答案在文章里的顺序都是按题号顺序排下来的，都比较容易找。完型填空直接放弃乱猜，占的分数很小的，时间实在富裕的话，就直接看空的地方如果会就写，不会就蒙，不要超过5分钟。翻译的话就算不会也要写个类似的句子上去，4级改的很松的，有时候写了字就给分，如果你什么都不写，批卷老师想给分都不敢给。

你尽量拿出整段的时间来练习听力。还有，真题的听力一定要格外珍惜哦，要当作考试一样的来内做容，做过之后再找差距，然后进行改正。因为真题的听力和考试的时候是一样的，容易让你形成一种感觉。还有就是阅读，因为四级的阅读时间被安排在后面，所以做阅读的时候时间很紧张，你要提高阅读的速度，这不仅是词汇量的问题也是熟练度的问题，建议每天做两片难度与四级相当的阅读理解，另外完型也是一个道理。作文，最好的法就是多读一些范文，记住一些经典的句型。

学习方法：

1、听力部分：

第一部分有八道选择题(短句)，是这样的，但凡是在做这些题目的时候你听到什么就不选什么，用排除法。答案中有两个意思相反的，必定其中一个是答案。

2、长句部分：

在语音人员读题目的时候，快速的看下答案，画出关键词，当你在听的时候反复出现的单词或者短语肯定就是答案，同时你顺着听力看答案，这个是和上面的(短句对话相反的)，一般在转折处例这些转折词后面的内容一定要仔细听(短句对话也是一样)往往这后面的就是答案。

3、快速阅读部分：

7选3填，每一段对应相应的答案，只要按顺序来找。基本上题目中的答案都会原文重现，后面3个填空题一般变化为:同意转换，或者是在单词后面+S+ed+ing。

4、阅读理解部分：

同上基本上都是每题的答案对应每个段落，段落开头与结尾作为重点对象。一般答案就在这两块。
完形填空的话是一种语感，做多了就知道其中的联系了，可以做完之后拿答案出来研究一下，大相径庭。

5、作文部分：

开头与结尾一定要写的精彩，这部分可以专门练一下，背一些好的句子。一般改卷老师对中间部分大致扫一遍，所以开头与结尾很重要。在写作文的时候尽量用高级词汇，不要用低级词汇，还有尽量用短语代替单词，这样字数就提高了。
