Do not stay in one position too long. But, do not move too much. Exercise warms you up, but it also causes you to lose body heat. If more than one person is in the car, do not sleep at the same time. One person should always be awake. If you are alone, stay awake as long as you can. Turn on the inside light at night. This would make your car more visible to rescue crews. Don’t panic. Stay with your car.
