这得看自己的听力水平在何种程度了，已经可以部分听懂电影、电视剧的，那自然可以专选择这些作为提属高的联系资料了，这样包含娱乐，就有了乐趣。

而如果还未专门进行过听力的练习，则应该选择合适的音频来进行练习，方式最好是精听、听背，这样就可以听出口语中很细的细节，增强语感等等，慢慢就有提高了，而且对口语的提高也很有帮助。听力和口语也是紧密联系的。

网上有很多BBC、VOA的听力论坛的，其中也分了不同等级的材料，可以选择一种口音进行练习。如果是为了从事翻译，最好的方式应该是从英式的熟悉了再练习美式的，这样过程会比较有规律、容易掌握些。

1。www.putclub.com这个网站是专门训练听力的网站。有很多的节目。BBC,VOA, AP news, discovery,etc.他的bbs里还有很多的英语发烧友会把当天的各个节目听写下来，你也可以听听看，然后对照他们的听写比较一下。
2。www.listeningexpress.com这里也是专门训练听力的。也有免费下载的，也有他们给你准备好的光盘可以购买的。我看中这个网站是因为免费下载里有一个节目叫做 “空中美语”。不知道你有没有听过这个节目，我觉得这个节目非常好。因为是一个谈话节目，可以练听力，也可以模仿练口语，而且他们谈论的话题一般都是热门话题，也可以长词汇量啊。

里面的都是美文，不长，而且附带光盘，有里面的文章的录音
每天早上读它个20分钟，一个星期只读一篇，跟着录音读，读到会背就差不多了。。

I. 求英语听力文章

极力推复荐Toefl IBT的听力。这些听力比较长制，刚刚开始的时候很可能你听不太懂，不过听力的训练就是这样，如果你什么都听得懂，你还听他干什么呢？Toefl IBT的听力素材是结合美国大学里的环境，很多学生之间，学生和老师之间的对话，还有教授的LECTURE，语言不太难，语素不太快。

刚开始听不懂没事，实在不行就看一眼听力的原文，之后在反复听。你只要一天能搞定一个短文就OK了。

其他的听力吧，我总是觉得太杂了，比如VOA，BBC等，涵盖的内容太广，不是特别适合高中生。

如果你觉得想听适用于考试的，那就是历年高考听力。去书店买本历年高考题，都带MP3，还有那些质量比较好的模拟高考试题，都会有听力的。

总之，难度稍微高一点，有利于听力提高。历年高考的听力题你可以等高三用来找感觉。等你适合Toefl的语素后，再听高考听力，就像喝白开水一样。。。
