建议看美抄剧，生活剧，美剧集数很多，但不长，集与集之间关系不大。笑点之类的在于语言和肢体语言本身，对话比较多，生活化，比较适合练听力。不像电影，情节、动作转移了注意力，对白不多，不够贴近生活，不建议。
而且美剧的话，因为长，一季又一季的下来，对于主角的口音很熟悉了，听起来会更顺利，也会下意识去模仿那种口音，这样久而久之你的口语也会带些洋味。
