（2）开始时速度可以比较慢，要逐步使自己跟上人家的速度。
（3）中间可以回倒重放，但我倾向于让大家完成一小段后再回去重来。
5、同步阅读。当你对文章发音、语调完全掌握之后，就要在放录音的同时同步跟读。争取让自己的声音与他完全重合。注意语调和语音。如果中间有结巴的地方也不要紧，继续读下去，然后再回来重读。
6、关掉录音机，朗诵课文。注意使用学到的语音语调。 带滚瓜烂熟之后，可以进入下一篇课文。
这样，一两个月之后，当你”精读”过五到十篇约一千字篇幅的文章之后，你会发现你的英语发音和听力有了明显的进步。 再配合其他学习，如与人聊天，看电视，听广播，等等，口语水平会得到显著提高。

提高英语写作，要做到
要写好英语作文，英语基础必不可少，比如单词、语法啊那些，你只有有一定词汇量了，才能游刃有余地运用。另外，写作文必须要自己组织语言、句子结构，所以我觉得语法很重要。当然，要写好作文也不是一朝一夕的事，平时还得多练，多看范文的模式，然后再跟自己的进行对比，找出一些规律和技巧，这样才能不断地提高英语作文水平。

1、利用听前时间预测内容利用听录音前的时间，迅速地捕捉每个小题题干和选项所提供的信息，预测短文或对话可能涉及到的内容。

请看一个实例：

首先通过浏览题目找出关键词where, first判定这是一道地点细节题，在听录音的过程中我们要着重寻找cinema, market, restaurant这三个词，同时判断哪一个是the first。

虽然restaurant是第一个出现的词，但是从女方的回答中，根据after的提示可知market是她第一个要去的地方。

3、不要犹豫答题克服犹豫不决的毛病。

对自己有把握的试题应快速作答，对无把握的试题也要在所听信息的基础上排除错误选项，进行优化处理。不会作答的，立即暂时搁置，准备听新的题目。

不管听什么材料，注意力一定要集中在整体内容的理解上，千万不能只停留在个别单词或单句上，听不清时马上放弃，不要强迫听清每一个词，要把重点放在听关键词即实词上，一边听一边把要点及回答问题的关键词记下来。

其它实用小技巧：

1、不要奢望听懂每一个字，要做到对内容的整体理解。

2、拿到卷子的第一件事，就是抓紧时间阅读试题，预测谈话大致内容。

3、短对话，答案多在第二个人说话中出现;长对话，主旨题要先抓住开头的几句，中部往往是细节题。

4、抓中心词，两次以上连续重复出现，一定要提高警惕。

5、遇到数字和时间等信息，要随手记，有助于题目的解答。

6、听完回忆对话内容时，运用归纳、推理或计算等方法，用已知导出未知。
