5、三级笔译证书

本证书证明持有者能够翻译一般难度的文本；能够胜任机关、企事业单位的一般性文本和商务类材料的翻译。

6、三级口译证书

本证书证明持有者能够做一般性讲话和会谈的口译；能够胜任一般性的交替传译和陪同口译工作。

7、四级翻译证书

本证书证明持有者能够从事基本的笔译和口译工作：笔译包括简单书面材料的翻译；口译包括简单的会谈、接待和陪同翻译。
