当老师要求比较高啦，因为我也是学英语专业的嘛，所以我在考雅思的时候就有偷内偷问我TPO小站的容老师，他成绩超好的，比我强多了，雅思有8分了，然后他说里面的老师很多都这水平，当然有可能是因为好多老师都留过学的关系吧，当助教的话应该6,7分就够了吧，毕竟助教不需要教授实质性的东西。希望能对你有所帮助吧

Ⅷ 雅思监考兼职面试都问什么问题
其实没有那么高要求，面试的时候主要看你的口语和是否有责任心，一般来说雅思监考官不会在版外面公开招聘的权。有时候英国驻华使馆文化处招，但是不定期。
你去英国驻华使馆文化处找找申请表，申请过程是填申请表并回答上面的相关问题，然后他们筛选application form，通过的会去邀请参加面试，面试过的就ok了。之后training，再observe一次考试，然后就开始监考了。
在面试前他们会让你把英语考级或者雅思证书带去，但这并不必须。
我雅思是8年前考的，证书早过期也找不到了，说明了一下后面试官就说‘没有也无所谓’，所以说证书不是特别重要，关键还是看口语我觉得，还有就看面试时他们所提出的一些关于道德啊、责任方面的问题。
以前据说都是老外监考的，但现在全是中国人了，连笔试当天的主考都是英领馆文化教育处的中国人，只有口语还都是老外。
