❶ 一个人怎么练英语口语吗（希望能说的详细点）

不知道楼主所谓的“低基础”是怎么定义的。我对雅思不是很了解口语6分应该还不错吧

首先 单词很重要 语法要掌握，二者缺一不可，还是那个老比喻，盖房子不能少了砖，可是砖的质量很重要，背单词不能太随便，一定要做到能听能说能写能读。光有砖块没有水泥钢筋的房子是没人敢恭维的。少了语法的英语说出来是会吓死人的。学好语法，别在人家面前五四五二八的乱讲话。这些都是最基本。只有基础打牢，才能一步一步往上提高。

以下均为我自己练习口语的方法

最一开始，就是一个字 读 不管是课文，句子，单词，绕口令。跟着磁带读，然后自己读用录音机录下来，和磁带做比较，这能让你很直观的知道自己几斤几两重。我现在偶尔会听以前自己的口语录音，（我嘞个去，好挫）。但是，我不推荐这么练口语。因为发音会变得磁带化，正正经经，一板一眼的，正常人在日常生活中会那么说话吗？所以，现在教材附带CD，磁带我一概不听不跟读（除了词汇类）。

很多人喜欢看电影学口语，我也是，而且我觉得这个方法非常给力。可以学到很多俚语的。首先，楼主可以在accent 的问题作一个选择，美式还是英式 。然后，模仿里面的人物讲话（就我个人而言，有英文字幕会方便一些）。我个人觉得没必要每个角色都去模仿，太累了。我主要模仿的呢有两个，一个是美国女星希拉里·达夫，。另外一位是美剧《how I met your mother》里Lily的扮演者， 我很喜欢她们讲话的那种感觉；不管语腔；语调；语速甚至是表情我都会跟着模仿。很不谦虚的提一下，我们教会经常会有很多国外的传道人，牧师和弟兄姊妹过来，我经常和他们交谈（这也是学口语的好方法），很多人都问我是不是在美国长大的。不管别人怎么说，至少我很欣赏现在自己讲英语的感觉。

恩，接下来想分享的我不确定对楼主口语有帮助，但绝对没坏处。如果楼主像我一样神经大条，可以试试，我会对着镜子，幻想各种自己喜欢情景，然后像个疯子一样地自言自语...比方说，有时候我们的机车班主任真的很让我火大，但是在学校又不得不低头，于是乎回到家就开始对着镜子，表情各种夸张的开骂...还有拿着笔袋当话筒，想象自己站在格莱美的舞台上发表颁奖感言也是我常干的事儿...这只是一种自娱自乐和发泄情绪的方式...楼主参考...

此外，还有几个建议想分享一下
1.抓住么一个可以和外国人交流的机会，放开胆，他们很nice 的，不会因为一点点的语法错误而认为你不优秀。
2.不单单中国有层出不穷的各种网络新名词，关注国外的，英语也要讲的geilivable
3.没有什么比坚持更可贵，不要每天纠结于“我进步了没”，往前走就对了，等你哪天突然回过头看的时候，你会佩服自己怎么可以走这么远！
