㈥ 托福雅思考试有效期限

托福、雅思考试有效期限为两年。

1、新托福通过互联网与ETS总部组成局域网，为每个人发出不同的考题。考题一次有效，不会再有题库。此外，网考通过电子方式记录答案后，将答案传输到人工评分网络，并予以客观、可靠的评分，确保考试的公平合理性。

雅思官方并未公布采用“机考”的消息，中国考生所参加的雅思考试仍然是以笔试的方式进行，考试会有一定的题库，部分题目会在考试中重复出现，2006年雅思作文的评分标准将会更加细化。

2、凡参加在中国大陆地区举办的雅思考试考生均须登录教育部考试中心雅思考试报名网站 进行报名和付费。

雅思考试报名为全年开放式，考试日期安排公布后即可报名，最晚报名时间为考试前两个星期。但由于报考人数众多，考生应至少提前两个月报名，以确保考位充足。考生可根据自己的情况选择全国任何一个考点的考试，不受地域限制。

一、托福报考政策

1、价格：1421RMB～1500RMB

2012年10月9日NEEA上调托福报名费用，从原来的1421元突然上调为1500元。自2012年10月10日0时起，考生须按调整后的金额支付考试相关费用。

此前已在个人账户中预存考试相关费用但未报名的考生，须按补足差额后方可申请考位;已报名的考生不受此次考试费调整影响。

2、入场时间：9:30～8:30

自2013年1月托福考试起，考试日到达考点报到时间提前到上午8:30。晚于上午8:30到场将被拒绝入场。请考生提前了解所报考场周边交通情况，妥善安排考试日交通，避免迟到。

3、复议时间：三个月～30天

自2012年10月10日起托福网考成绩复议申请期限开始调整改变，由原来的考试结束后的三个月内变为考试结束后30天内提出申请。

4、注册时间：两次考试间隔>20天

从2013年1月起，两次考试相隔时间须超过20天。如果没有超过20天的，那么你也无法注册托福考试。不过仍然是想考多少次就考多少次。已经注册考试的，则不受该政策影响。

5、有效证件：身份证only

中国大陆考生必须持二代身份证原件并经过核验后才能参加考试。为避免因身份证原因不能通过核验影响如期考试，请考生提前检查所持二代身份证是否有破损、电子芯片失效、过期等问题。

未办理二代身份证的考生，特别是未成年考生，请先到户籍所在派出所办理二代身份证，再进行托福考试报名。

6、退款形式：

自2012年6月20日起，托福考试退款将取消邮局汇款方式，同时新增银行转账汇款方式。在此日期之前提交邮局退款申请的考生，退款仍按邮局方式退回;此后将不再受理邮局退款事务。

二、雅思考试评分标准

雅思考试评分标准包括：语言的流利度和连贯性，词汇变换，句式丰富性和语法准确性，发音雅思考试考官按这四项评分标准分别评等级分，并且这四项是同等重要的。

对于雅思写作和口语考官的招聘和培训按照既定标准进行，确保评分人员了解雅思评分相关政策，而且切实做到按照评分标准给听力和阅读考卷评分。

在每个考试中心，会进行系统化的监测，并对一定比例的答题纸实施双重阅卷。除了会持续监测考官的表现之外，还会每隔一年测评考官，以确保按照标准评分。

所有考试成绩记录在成绩单上，包括一个总分，及听力、阅读、写作和口语四个单项分，考生的考试成绩采用1-9分的评分制来测评，四个项目独立记分，总分即是四个部分所得分数经过平均后四舍五入的成绩。总分和四个单项分均允许半分。

适合你的使用要求的其实是casio辞典最好，只有辞典，没有其他闲杂功能，所有的功能就是为了查询方便，学习方便。
完整收录牛津（英英（比牛津高阶好，词汇量多一倍）、同义词等）多部辞典，2009年以后的机型则收录有牛津高阶，具体到型号有e-sf200\e-sf99(黑白屏幕）、E-A200/E-A99(彩屏）。另外对你有用的辞典就是新东方号称红宝书的一系列词汇手册了，还可以提供互动模式，可以在上面进行小测验，对于词汇的记忆很实用。说实话，比名人好用太多了。
但是，最大的劣势是价位比较高，你可以网上搜下二手的机器，SF系列的应该可以淘到价位合适的。想满足你3、4年的按键灵敏度都不会下降的要求，估计casio是最稳妥的考虑了。
另外，casio的辞典是碱性电池和充电电池都可以用的，这样的好处是到国外不用考虑电池的事情，因为碱性电池全世界都可以买到，你所说的是像手机一样的充电电池吧，那个到国外电池出问题就一点办法都没有了，所以不要迷信充电电池。
