开头交待背景，引出观点，泛泛的说这个观点过于simplistic.（这个单词可以理解为“说法片面”，即部分对部分错，我在下面两个主体段分别分析所谓“对”和“错”）

主体段1. Indeed开头, 说女性和男性的本身有不同的性格特点, which would affect the way they deal with the problems.接下来开始论证: First with dolls and later with younger brothers or sisters, girls are given the role of care.在成长的日常生活中她们 identify patient and gentle manner as the way they do. In contrast, boys learn competitive roles, 因此 it is common that 男孩fight with each others or dream of adventures, while girls are better at communication. 这样的天性definitely会导致他们会有截然不同的思考及行为模式when attempting to solve problems.

结论，男性和女性有着inherent 不同的characters,因此在行为上，男性 tend to be more aggressive，while 女性更擅长communications。但这绝不意味着，作为领导，男性领导人就会带来暴力而女性执政会天下太平。In this enlightened society, after all, 世界和平时每个人心中的美好愿望。（这里是对两个主体段落的再一次概括）
