PS:我手头都市自质的8分模版。5分的模版一是不会写，二是几乎找不到。这是两篇6分模版（如果运用欠佳或者出现漏洞5分可以保底），但是以我个人观点来看，IELTS作文至少要准备5篇（5类的模版），否则，因为类型不一样，会出现错套的现象。不过我想这两个模版基本可以满足你朋友的要求了，稍加润色，也会得到不错成绩的。

Some people think we should keep all the money we earn and not pay tax to the state. Do you agree or disagree?

Some people may feel it is their rights to retain their money without paying taxes. However, I believe paying a certain portion of their income to the governments is eventually beneficial to all.
Rather than a deprivation of people’s rights to their earnings, taxation is a way to ensure that such rights do exist. At first glance, it seems unreasonable that people should be compelled to give up part of their money, because people earn their money through their own work and they should have the rights to the fruit of their work. However, such rights can hardly exist if they are not protected by the governments. For example, when crimes are rampant and the country is conquered and enslaved by a foreign foe, people’s lives will be endangered, not to mention their rights to their earnings. To protect such rights, the country needs efficient legal institutions and strong armed forces, which involve a cost. This cost need to be shared by people in the form of taxation.
In addition, taxation can also help to amplify people’s enjoyment of their earnings. It is true that paying taxes leads to people’s income being reced. However, even without paying the taxes, ordinary indivials would not be so rich as to afford a private park or a large library. Through government spending, which is made possible by taxes from a huge number of people, they can access and enjoy some large-scale facilities, such as hospitals, parks, libraries and highways. In this way, people can enjoy more than what they can indivially afford.
Understandably, there may be concerns that some people are too poor to pay taxes, or that governments may not use the taxes effectively for common good causes. But these questions are related to how taxes should be collected and how they should be managed. For the sake of protecting people’s rights to their earnings and making the best use of the earnings, I therefore argue that people should contribute part of their income to the state revenue.

雅思写作应注意一下几点：
1、注重写好文章的框架
我曾经问过我们世纪雅思的外教老师， 外国人看文章最注重的是什么， 他告诉我说是文章的framework. 即一篇文章好不好， 首先看的不是他的句型， 词汇， 或是论点等。 而是段落之间的衔接一定要十分清楚，我们不能老是采用大三段的形式-开头，经过， 结尾。我们可以多用用连接词， 例如：first of all, morever, secondly, lastly等，另外可以多分自然段， 给考官一目了然的感觉。还有我们可以多看看国外的文章， 看看他们的写作模式， 我当初写文章的时候， 用的就是我看到一篇国外文章的模式，我觉得可以套用， 我最后介绍给大家。
2、句型的多样化
如果一篇文章， 从头到尾， 永远用的只有一种句型， 那么这篇文章一定拿不到高分，我们可以适当的改换一下句型， 我给大家一定建议，希望给大家有点帮助。
3、基本句型包括 Ⅰ．主谓句；Ⅱ. There be；Ⅲ. 主系表结构的句子；Ⅳ. 被动语态（我看到一张帖字说， 不要用被动， 我不这样认为， 国外的文章， 用被动的也比比皆是。）
4、复杂句型 包括 Ⅰ. 并列句；Ⅱ. 从句（定语，状语，名词性，非谓语）
5．词汇的Variety
说实话做到这点真的很难， 首先你要有庞大的词汇量，第二你要用的恰当，不出错误。我自认做不到这点，所以我用的词汇有时候会重复。当然大家可以累计一些固定搭配的词汇，例如：激烈的竞争 fierce competition等
6、多举EXAMPLE（重要）
大家不要小看这点， 我认为对于写作基础不是很好的考生来说， 这点是最重要的。一篇文章如果让你从头到尾都在讲道理， 你有这么多话要说吗？而且有时候还不一定说的清楚。那么这时候你就用例子来表明你的观点。我认识一个朋友， 可以说她的英语基础很差， 但她的文章也拿了6分， 我问她怎么写的， 她告诉我说就是拼命的举例子。就这点我也曾问过外教老师， 他曾是IELTS的考官， 他说考官欢迎考生多举例子。
7、建议：
1）、写文章最关键的就是审题千万不要出错误， 不然就前功尽弃了。
2）例如我积累的句子：
Cultivate independence
Develop a strong sense of responsibility
Enhance social awareness
Build up one’s confidence and offer one’s a sense of achievement—realize ones value and capacity
Widen one’s horizon and sharp one’s character
这些句子比较常用， 而且在口语考试中也可以派上用处。最后给大家介绍一种写作模式，我觉得很不错：

口语考试一共三部分，第一部分就不细说了，就是基础的那些东西，时间也很短，如果有问题你发消息问我吧，这里重点说第二和第三部分。第二部分你准备过的话应该知道吧，考官给你一个topic，下面有三个小问题，你在随后的一分钟里要回答这些问题，而且要连贯成一段话。第三部分是第二部分的延伸，考官会对你的回答做进一步的提问，可能会问到深一点的层面，时间会比前两部分稍长。当然了，如果考官认为你的回答已经足够充分，或者，你对这个话题没有法给出足够的回应，他会突然转话题，问到其他方面。转化话题的次数2到5次不等，看你个人发挥了。这是口语考试的概况。建议你先去无忧雅思网搜一下口语考试topic的题库，里面有大概几十个题目，还有特别注明的十几个常考题目，你可以在家先准备。但是我建议你不要背模板，一是因为数量大你也准备不过来，二是如果考官发现你有任何背诵的嫌疑，基本上口语不可能在4.5分以上了。不过，你仍然可以走捷径，准备一个万能套路，以不变应万变。给你举个例子吧，我当时考口语之前，准备了一个topic，说的是我的偶像tyrabanks。我没怎么背，就是在家随便想了几个中心句子，比如我为什么喜欢她，怎么知道她的，她对我的影响这之类的，然后把它们推敲的很精致很完美。注意！！这几个中心句子是一定要仔细准备的，因为这是你吸引考官的关键，也是考官判断你的关键！然后上考场，如果题目是你喜欢的电视节目，我就说是tyrabanksshow，因为我很喜欢tyra她是我的偶像balabala如果题目是你喜欢的一本书或杂志，我就说是《17》因为里面有很多女模特是tyra带出来的tyra是我的偶像balabala.如果题目是对你影响最大的一个人。。。你最崇拜的人。。。你平时都关注什么人。。。。明白了吧？都一个套路，前面随便编几句，把话题很自然地扯到你的topic上来，万事搞定！所以，分析口语题库是很重要的，你仔细看完会发现，其实来来回回只有那么几个套路，你可能只要准备2-4个基础话题就不愁了。哎累死了，为了这10分我真不值，纯粹是为了帮烤鸭们顺利过关，别再受我当年之苦啊~如果你还有什么问题，消息给我，我们也可以加Q说。
