Technology emerged as soon as human race came into this world and began to fight for surviving. In the early stage, technology served as the implements for human beings to conquer the nature. This circumstance has been continued until the technology that accumulated by human race are powerful enough to overcome most of the threats of the nature. Then the twofold use of technology began to appear. On the one hand, the technology has made the dominators possible to strive for convenient and luxurious life. On the other hand, the governors also use it to quash the rebellions and exploit their people, even sometime, to fight with other nations. With the advent of the Instrial Revolution, technology began to contribute to the majority of human beings. The great improvement of modern technology has eventually increased the efficiency of people’ life, and also makes it possible for most indivials to possess a large amount of leisure time.
In today's rapid changing society, it is hard to allege that the increasing of people's efficiency and hence enable most of people have more leisure time are the primary goal of technological advancement. As is so often pointed out, modern technology make the relationship between people become more impersonal and aloof. The early initiative handicraft has been replaced by assembly line of machinery, and the works' jobs are always unutterably boring. The bargaining between people also gives its ways to the high efficient trade in the supermarket. So, spectacles above are the primary goal of the modern technology, it bound to raise many persons' unsatisfactory.

After that ,there is (a) decrease to about 130 at 8pm. The period between the 8pm to 10pm the(....?) sees the slight increase, but finally the number of people decline(s) from 180 at 9pm to 130 at 10pm.

大部分问题不大，主要是很多话一直重复用 （the number,rises,drop,after that等等)。一直重复用语法上并没有错误，但是会给考官留下你词汇量不多的印象，而且重复的词多了考官容易失去兴趣。

另外注意你的The和A优点混淆不清。还有The following和the next。
基本上都是习惯上的小问题，注意点就好啦。

GPA80以上(因为你的本科学校非211,而且是二本,所以对你的平时成绩的要求可能会高些,这点你最好现在起就注意学好,能把自己的成绩弄的漂亮对你申请学校会比较有利)

3.学习英语的话主要是个循序渐进的过程,可以说如果你现在开始准备IELTS的话还是有点早了,报培训班更是需要你有一定的英语基础后(CET-4),最好就临考试前报,上完了班就马上参加考试,这样比较有效.
IELTS的有效期是2年,早考了也会过期.所以你还是平时注意学好英语,多看些英语杂志啊,给自己一个好的英语环境.IELTS的话大3下学期考就可以了.

The improvement of the life level e to the economic development has led people to focus more on their spiritual life, with their ecation and healthcare inclusive, but who has to be responsible for the cost of ecation and healthcare has been raised onto heated discussion.

Health care and ecation, two of the basic elements in social life, are always in the concern of the public. Some people suggest that the service in these two fields should be paid by the government and be free to the public; while others believe it to be the ty of the people to pay on themselves. As to me, the coverage on ecation and healthcare should be made the ty of the government while leaving some special demands to be burdened by indivials.

Government free provision of ecation and healthcare can demonstrate their responsibility in serving the people. Having fulfilled their obligations to the country in the form of taxes, citizens have the right to enjoy the service in return from the government, with ecation and health care being the two basic ones. Also, as the ty carrier in promoting social development, by guaranteeing the right of ecation and health care, the government are enabled to encourage citizens to make more contributions to the society.

Government’s investment on these two fields is beneficial to ensure social equality. Being free of charge, every citizen can take advantage of these social services, without the worries about being treated unfairly e to their lack of social resources, such as their social status and human network. Besides, this will be helpful to rece the difference between the rich and the poor, at least in these two basic rights, creating a more harmonious social atmosphere.

Admittedly, if the citizens are wealthy enough, or when they demand some special service, or when the government is too limited in its budget, indivials’ sharing some of the cost may also seem to be reasonable. However, rare cases of particular requirements do not represent the general pursuits of the public, and limitation in budget does not free the government of its accountability.

To sum up, government should provide free ecation and healthcare to the public and pay the cost. Only when people are better ecated and healthier in physiques, can the society be more harmonious in atmosphere and dynamic in development.

雅思作文是英语为母语的人出题判卷的，要求考生写出一篇严格扣题，结构清楚，逻辑严密，上下文连贯，词句地道且多样化的文章来。国内的英语作文在判分思路上对逻辑严密这一块要求没那么高，考生有些偏题也能容忍，考官希望看到考生能够用一些“高大上”的词汇和句子，用了有分加。

我赞同雅思作文的评分标准。写文章首先得扣题，不扣题你的文笔再好，这也是一篇不成功的文章，因为无法达到与读者交流内容的目的。在扣题的基础上结构清楚，逻辑严密，上下文连贯，这样读者能够清楚地知道你写了什么内容。做到这些以后，做到词句地道。做到词句地道了，再去追求词句多样化。

国内的学生在写英语作文的时候，有不少误区。觉得用了“高级”的词句，作文分数就会很好。其实不是的，词句只是一方面，除了词句以外，还有扣题、结构、逻辑、连贯。还有，词句没有“高级”、“低级”之分，只有准确与不准确之分。你所谓的“高级”词汇，用起来往往并不准确，在考官那儿徒增笑料罢了。试想，一个外国人学中文，用了他所谓的“高级”词汇“巧夺天工”造个句子：“这个人长得真是巧夺天工啊。”还有“一朵牛”、“一件狗”等不恰当的搭配出现在他的中文作文里，他还觉美美哒得自己用了好多不同的“高级词句”。其实这在我们汉语是母语的人看来，觉得很好笑：一来他没有把词句搭配用对；二来即使搭配对了，这也是我们生活中的寻常用法，委实没有什么高大上的。

所以大家写英语作文的时候，一定要严格按照英语为母语的人所设定的评分标准去写，这样你才能真正写出好的英语作文来。
