說明你的單詞掌握不是很好

詞彙量對於英語學習是很重要的，就是基礎吧，只版有懂詞義才權會懂文章啊
所以平時一定要注意詞彙量的積累，最好用個筆記本隨時記下不懂的單詞，然後查出來記住，當然，也要分清什麼單詞是常用，什麼單詞只用了解即可

還有就是語法了，完型也考語法的，不知道你語法怎麼樣，如果不好的話，也要強攻一下語法，這個也不是很難，多看看做些語法題就會差不多的

然後就是增強語感了，很多時候都是英語的語感替你選擇，要培養英語語感就是多讀多看英語文章了，現在有很多英語短篇美文，讀幾篇順便學學單詞也挺好的
