1、仁愛的教材的編排方式更生動。

仁愛版的主人公是康康，整套書都圍繞著康康展開的故事。並且每個小孩都具有自己的性格特點。比如，康康是智多星、邁克爾是個開心果。整本書的故事性強，通過展示幾個主人公的學習生活設置對話和短文。而相對來說人教版的單元是獨立的，趣味性不及仁愛版。

2、難易程度不相同。

對比來說，仁愛版英語起點低、循序漸進，方便初學者培養英語學習興趣，從而很快進入英語學習狀態。人教版的詞彙量大， 需要拓展的內容多， 適合基礎好的學生用。仁愛版的英語三年六冊學完之後，均可達到《英語課程標准》（2011年版）之要求——五級水平，可以與任何版本的高中課標英語教材（六至九級）銜接使用。

3、語法學習編排不相同。

仁愛版的是將語法還有功能句子列舉出來一部分，通過讓學生去通過做題，查缺補漏。而人教版是直接將語法和功能全部列舉出來讓學生直接閱讀。兩者相比之下，仁愛版的語法學習更有利於老師總結歸納以及學生的掌握使用。
