This book tells about even you born in a bad family or with bad conditions you have to still fight,you don't give up,in this world once you give up,you lose you died,even if someone laughs at you it's ok you walk throw your road and no one can stop you, if you keeping fighting you will always walk throw the challenge and you will win the game that your playing on. I'll tell my friend to read this book because it's good for them to have a goal for there life,and it tells you when your feeling bad it's ok you will walk throw the part that obstruct you so I think it's a good book.

An adventurous pilot and a lyrical poet, Antoine de Saint-Exupery conveyed in his books the solitude and mystic grandeur of the early days of flight. He described dangerous adventures in the skies and also wrote the whimsical children's fable 'The Little Prince'.Antoine-Marie-Roger de Saint-Exupery was born on June 29, 1900, in Lyon, France. In the 1920s he helped establish airmail routes overseas. During World War II he flew as a military reconnaissance pilot. After the Germans occupied France in 1940, he escaped to the United States. He rejoined the air force in North Africa in 1943. During what was to have been his final reconnaissance mission over the Mediterranean Sea, he died when his plane was shot down on July 31, 1944.
Saint-Exupery's first book, 'Southern Mail', was about the life and death of an airmail pilot. It was published in French in 1929. Other books include 'Night Flight' (1931), about the first airline pilots, and 'Wind, Sand, and Stars' (1939), in which he describes his feelings ring flights over the desert.

作者簡介
丹尼爾・笛福， 1660年生於英國，父親是倫敦的一名商人。
1674年，年輕的笛福就開始學習當一名牧師。但他並不適合牧師這種工作，因為，正如他所創造出來的英雄魯賓孫一樣，他的生活充滿了冒險與刺激。1683年，笛福曾被海盜俘虜過。這次的經歷，再加上一名曾經在海上遇難的蘇格蘭水手的敘述，提供了笛福寫作《魯賓孫漂流記》這部膾炙人口的小說題材。雖然《魯賓孫漂流記》一直到笛福將近六十歲時才出版，它依然為笛福帶來歷久不衰的聲譽。還為笛福帶來歷久不表的聲譽。繼《魯賓孫漂流記》的成功之後，接下來的五年之中，笛福又陸續寫了四本書，包括《生命》、《冒險》、《紅牌船長的海盜生涯》及《疫年大事記》。笛福逝世於1731年4月，享年70歲。
寫作背景
這部小說是笛福受當時一個真實故事的啟發而創作的。1704年蘇格蘭水手賽爾科克在海上與船長發生爭吵，被船長遺棄在荒島上，四年後被救回英國。賽爾科克在荒島上並沒有作出什麼值得頌揚的英雄事跡。但笛福塑造的魯濱孫卻完全是個新人，成了當時中小資產階級心目中的英雄人物，是西方文學中第一個理想化的新興資產者形象。他表現了強烈的資產階級進取精神和啟蒙意識。

I have been reading a book for many days. The books name is CAT AND MOUSE IN A HAUNTED HOUSE. It is telling about Geronimo Stilton who is a newspaper mouse who runs newspaper in New Mouse City—the capital of Mouse island.
On one night of October, he decided to visit his aunt, Sweetfur. But he got lost when he was driving through the Dark Forest because of the foggy. Then his car was out of gas. He thought 「I wish I was at home」.
Suddenly there was a lightning in the sky and he saw a big castle. When he walked closer to the front door, he saw two stone cats and a sign that says: To Canny Cat』s castle. The door bell was in one stone cat』s mouth. When Geronimo was deciding to go into the castle, it starts to rain, so he went into the castle……
At last Geronimo』s sister, little nephew Benjamin and his cousin Trap all came and helped him find out all of two little cat. They don』t want others to come into the castle because the castle is their ancestor Canny Cat』s. So they make many tricks.
After reading this story, I think it』s very interesting, and I had a lot of fun. My favorite character is Geronimo』s nephew Benjamin. Because he is very cute and clever, he always observes every detail. He found out the foot prink on the floor and the nail on the wall. In the story it shows Geronimo is a very timid mouse that always scared himself.
I like this story very much, so I』ll still read more this set of book.

Also, the basic problem for the low morale is the lack of confidence from the public, if the public's confidence is restored, then there will be people willing to join the team.
Although the council hopes that just by increasing the pay, the morale of the team will be better, then they may be wrong. From the few cases of police officers gambling and handling travellers, we can see that the mindset of the officers need to be corrected. They need to define right from wrong, and their ties from what they ought not to do.
Still, this is a good start. Although it does not thoroughly solve the morale question, it does bring to the public that being a police officer can be another choice to consider, and new blood may be introced through this.

今天我讀完了美國著名作家斯賓塞.約翰遜寫的《誰動了我的乳酪》一書，真是受益匪淺！
《誰動了我的乳酪》講的是兩個小矮人和兩只小老鼠的故事。文章主要圍繞「乳酪」的獲得、擁有、失去，不同的人產生的不同心態，由此產生迥異的行動策略。是像嗅嗅和匆匆，迅速開始行動？還是像哼哼那樣害怕變化，否認和拒絕變化？還是像唧唧那樣看到變化會使事情變得更好，並能夠及時地調整自己去適應變化？其實，對於任何一個人來說，生活和學習中有太多的變化，變化無時無處不在發生，無論我們是否害怕變革的到來。如果我們能夠盡快調整自己適應變化，我們完全可以做得更好。當我們面對變化時，我們會害怕，會感到無所適從，這很正常。只要我們能夠認真科學的對待畏懼，它甚至可以幫助我們避開真正的危險。我們無須拒絕變化，我們完全可以改變對變化的態度，在變化中享受變化，擁抱變化，迎接變化。

Overwhelmed by the recommendations provided by my friends, I decided to take a look on this Sherlock Holmes and the Duke』s Son originally published by Oxford University Press.
As a whole, this book is about a case concerning the Duke』s missing son. Arthur, the Duke』s son, was found out in a certain morning to have disappeared, accompanied with which was also the disappearance of the German teacher. The school master Dr. Huxtable then turned to the famous detective of the time Sherlock Holmes for help. Realizing how tough and important the case is, Holmes immediately made up his mind to accept the case and followed Dr. Huxtable back to Mackleton by train. Therefore, trying to present a 「real world」 to his readership, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, author of the original 「Holmes series」, has skillfully arranged the plots of the whole story from the perspective of Dr. Watson, a character not so specialized in discovering the truth hidden behind the enigmatic happenings as Holmes but so loyal to Sherlock Homes as a friend that he always accompanies Holmes wherever he goes. In this way, he elaborately depicted every scene and character in the book, Apart from the special start, the ending of the whole story, being dramatic but reasonable, is certainly an outstanding one. After all, except the author himself, who knows that the Duke』s seemingly ordinary secretary is in fact the Duke』s bastard? Yet, surprising as it is, this ending seems so natural that it fits all the plots of the story perfectly well. From his speaking 「Every mystery has an answer」, we can readily shape the impression of a man with great intelligence and inflexible will. In this case, after getting rid of unrelated facts, Sherlock Homes eventually grasped the clue and discovered the amazing fact.
