團隊精神，就是我們通常所說的集體主義精神。它是指集體中的每—個成員都應該自覺地以團隊為歸屬，齊心協力，團結一致，共同奮斗，達成集體的總目標。它要求每一個成員都相互關心，相互幫助，竭盡自己的全部智慧和力量，去完成集體的共同任務。它也包含一種犧牲小我的內容在內。團隊精神是一個集體所必須具有的，它能夠將團體中每個成員的心緊緊地系在一起，形成一股強大的凝聚力。俗話說，眾人拾柴火焰高。任何一件事情靠個人力量是辦不好的，只有團隊中的每個人通力合作，每一個細節環環相扣，才能獲得成功。這是半年的調查給我們的最深刻的體會。
我們的小組是一個整體，離開了誰都不能搞好這次調查活動。在調查過程中，每一項工作我們都進行了細致的分工。譬如在查找資料的時候，我們每個人都分管一項工作。經過一段時間的調查收集，我們把每個人的資料匯總起來，形成了一份比較完整的調查報告。若離開了任何一個人，我們的調查都不夠完整。在采訪相關部門的領導時，我們根據各自負責的方面，寫出了各個部分較全面的采訪提綱。在采訪過程中，每個人都有相應的工作，並各自作好采訪記錄，最後形成了一個全面、詳細的采訪報告。這些都是我們結題報告的理論來源，使我們的報告具有較強的真實性和理論性。
在分工各司其職的同時，我們還相互幫助，通力合作。比如，負責這個方面調查的同學，在查找自己所需資料時，發現了其他同學負責的資料，他不僅把這個消息告訴對方，還代為收集整理出來，交給對方。從全局看，這樣做，節約了整體操作的總時間，使我們能夠將時間集中在更為困難的問題調查上去。這種相互幫助，是我們看到這樣一個現實：那就是，個人的成功是寓含於集體的成功中的。個人的成功與他人的成功、集體的成功是統一的。競爭，是在合作的基礎上進行的，是在公平的原則下展開的。人人都應該有獲取成功的機遇。我們不能因為自己需要成功而自私地拒絕幫助他人。其實在競爭中幫助他人就是在幫助自己。
這種團隊精神，營造出和諧的人際關系。這次綜合實踐活動中，我們深深體會到在這種和諧的人際關系中學習工作，沒有內耗，讓人全身心地投入到調查工作中去，其效率是極高的。
總之，正因為具有了團隊精神，我們調查小組的工作才能順利進行。是團隊精神將我們這個小組凝聚得更緊密，這也是我們學習的最大收獲。這種精神的獲得，將是我們受用終身。
