According to a survey, more than two thirds of people in China agree that, the public moral level is lower than before. This figure, although hard to accept, has indicated the fact that the nation』s overall morality is declining. If you pay some attention, you could easily point out some improper behaviors happening around: young men refusing to give seats to the old on buses; shoppers jamming into queue instead of waiting in line; crude riders neglecting red lights, etc. So what the hell is going on?
As analysts have figured out, this trend of degradation mainly originated from faulty ecation. For decades, Chinese schools simply infuse bookish knowledge to their students, whilst moral cultivation becomes a kind of formalism; on the other hand, children are naturally influenced by their family and other alts in the society, most of whom are too sophisticated to be considered as eligible moral models.
Facing such disappointing condition, you may ask: how can things become better? As far as I am concerned, we must following these three steps. First of all: self-shaping. We should manage ourselves well, and try to shape our own morality as perfect as possible. The second step: family-shaping, which is to behave as the model for your children and improve their moral status through strict discipline. The third: organization-shaping. If you are leading people, such as being a manager or national president, you could reinforce your whole organization』s moral situation with policy and your own action. Even if you』re no leader, you』ll have a positive impact on the society if only you manage yourself well and try to influence others as much as possible.

I can think of nothing more rewarding than resucing an homeless animal. But before choosing your new pet, be sure you know all the facts about pet overpopulation. I want to see all dogs find homes, but not at the expense of deceiving compassionate people.

Yes, I've heard ALL of the negative rumors about dog breeders. Some say they're to blame for the suffering of millions of unwanted dogs. But very few people actually do their homework before repeating these myths.

The VAST majority of unwanted dogs are of mixed breed: mutts. These mixes were received as pets, purchased for free or very little money. They're young animals, were often owned by young alts who were moving and usually have behavior problems that the owner felt unable to cope with.

I believe that most dogs should be altered and that each family should seriously consider giving a home to a homeless dog. But I also commend breeders who are devoted to maintaining a quality, pure breed. Quality purebred dogs - with good temperaments, sold to dedicated owners at a price reflecting their quality - are not and will never be part of the problem of unwanted animals.

i can't say i love dogs but i do like dogs.. looking at a puppy's eyes you ain't stop thinking "what a sweetheart he/she is". of coz, i prefer big dogs, labrador is my favorite. according to the dictionary, the labs are kinda a strongly built, medium-sized, short-coupled, dog possessing a sound, athletic, well-balanced conformation that enables it to function as a retrieving gun dog. i don't have experience of adopting big dogs, well, i used to have a small yorkie named martha, died many years ago and it was a great time when we were friends, she brought the happy time for my family when i was still young. back to lab, a neighbor of mine used to having a lab with a name of "big gal", she was smart and loyal to us. she even prevented a case of housebreaking. i still remember the scene of her patrol accompanied by her son, a male lab as same size as her on the backyard. guess the "men's best friends " coming from this. also, there was one thing i still couldn't help laughing out was that she'd never chased or driven cats who were lousing around the neighborhood instead of chasing rats. they were so excited like winning the lottery each time when they saw a mouse passing by, the result of coz, pursuit failed . i just don't get it why they like doing this, guess they just wanna take over the cat's job and do more works for our community.:)
i read newspapers saying more and more roaming dogs are on the street and neighborhood. the reason coming from those who adopted the dogs, but losing the interest or other reasons, abandoned their dogs who used to bringing happy to their adopter. i dislike such behavior. they may send their dogs to someplace like dog center, not just drove their dogs away. men should treat dogs as our friends not toys, well, what can i say? just hope people will be kind to their friends - dogs, after all, they are our best and more loyal friends we ever have.
