影響學生英語閱讀能力的因素
不良的閱讀習慣
1.出聲閱讀，此習慣的主要弊端就是影響了閱讀速度。出聲閱讀往往以不同形式表現出來，不一定有聲音，有時可能是無聲地動動舌，喉，嘴唇等，但這無疑會阻礙眼睛的掃描速度，多了聲音這一階段，所以要訓練養成直接利用視覺來閱讀的好習慣。
2.過於精讀，由於平時英語教學著重於對片語的積累，長句難句的分析，很多學生在實際閱讀中，往往邊讀邊分析句子，碰到不懂的單詞，停下來查字典。結果是句子讀懂了，可對文章的把握卻不知所述，不僅影響了閱讀速度，還扼殺了閱讀興趣。所以要培養自己猜詞的能力，利用上下文意，而不是靠查字典。
3.復讀過於頻繁，即指讀完一句或一段，有回過頭來再讀一遍。這嚴重影響了閱讀速度。這是學生閱讀自信心不強的表現。
（二）忽略閱讀技巧
大多數中學生在實際閱讀中，都是簡單地看似按順序的操作，先文章，再來做題。有所不知的是，運用了一些閱讀技巧之後，會達到事半功倍的效果，如，精讀與泛讀相結合，略讀，尋讀，以及猜詞的技巧。靈活運用閱讀技巧，能讓閱讀能力有一個質的飛躍。
閱讀量小，知識面太窄。大多數學生只在課堂上進行相關閱讀訓練，很少通過報刊，雜志去豐富自己，對於中西文化的差異的陌生，同樣給閱讀帶來不利影響。
閱讀思維的欠缺。部分學生滿足於表層理解而忽視深層理解和評價性理解，對於不能在文中直接找到答案的題目，不知所措，缺乏對文章實質的理解及思考，所以要訓練總攬全文大意的能力，通過語段歸納，主旨句的分析來提高這方面的能力。
二、如何在英語課堂中有效提高學生英語閱讀能力
（一）養成良好的閱讀習慣，對於提高閱讀能力至關重要，良好的閱讀習慣是不通過出聲，僅用視覺來完成對文章大意的把握及細節的處理。同時，也把閱讀當成是件樂事，選擇難度適中，生動有趣的文章對學生進行訓練，培養學生的閱讀信心，從而養成良好的閱讀習慣，提高閱讀理解能力。
（二）訓練閱讀速度，通過對文章難易的判斷後，來規定具體時間，如3min 完成短片文章，5min中篇較難的文章，7min難度大的文章。長期堅持這種習慣，閱讀速度能不斷提高。
（三）增加詞語積累。詞彙量大小直接影響學生閱讀能力，這好比造房子要磚瓦材料，詞彙就是閱讀英語的磚瓦材料， 沒有相當的英語詞彙，閱讀英語是無法進行的。在平時的英語教學中，要著重對重點詞，片語的拓展，運用，以及詞性，詞形的強調和變化。
（四）拓寬學生知識面，了解文章的文化背景、風土人情。英語被廣泛運用於許多國家，有著豐富的人文內涵，隨著經濟全球化的進程，拓寬知識面，了解世界各地的文化和風土人情，對培養學生的英語閱讀能力十分重要。語言交流涉及社會、政治、經濟的各個方面，擁有較廣知識面的人，看到各類文章都能夠讀得懂。讀懂還不夠，還要與文化背景相結合，只有深刻了解文章文化背景、風土人情，經過分析、判斷、推理，才能夠更好地准確把握文章。在教學過程中，可以摘錄一些內容與學生們討論，交流，讓他們能更多的了解文化的差異。?
（五）培養閱讀能力，掌握閱讀技巧是閱讀教學中重點，精讀與泛讀的巧妙結合，對文章細節的捕捉，就精讀細讀到段到句。對於與段意，文意的掌握相關的題目，就通過泛讀的方式獲取。尋讀，顧名思義，就是根據題目來尋找答案，這種技巧很直接，通常是任務型，如，人名，地點，時間，原因。可以直接從文章中找到。略讀的要點就是有側重性，當我們要確定文章的主題，作者的觀點，文章的風格等，我們可以選擇略讀這種閱讀技巧。猜詞技巧可分為以下幾種：利用上下文意，利用構詞法，如前綴-un，-in，後綴-able，-ful，-ness。利用定義線索，如文中出現which means，be called，that is 等標志性的詞。
（六）閱讀思維的培養。與其說是培養閱讀思維，不如說是培養語感，英語閱讀中，語感很重要，語感來源於大量的閱讀積累，只有大量的涉獵課外書籍，才能達到語感的質的飛躍，如英語周報閱讀版，21世紀報，中國日報英文版，慢慢來，從易到難，從簡到難，關鍵是對英語閱讀興趣的培養，漸漸的會發現自己的語感在潛移默化中提高了。

1、You would like to take good photographs of real-life situations but you have few ideas for pictures. I suggest you look around you. The everyday world is full of scenes being played by an ever-changing group of actors. You probably passed a dozen picture situations without noticing on your way to work this morning.

The realistic approach to photograph has been perfected in the past by such maters as Henri Cartier-Bresson and Bill Brandt. But while you can learn a great deal from looking at the work of others, any success you can hope to achieve in this field has to come from developing an indivial approach.

The main requirement for any photographer has little to do with technical matters. Many miles of costly material have passed through thousands of cameras as this endless search continues. But although a lot of this waste must be put down to inexperience, you'll find that even the professionals have to use a lot of film when they are out shooting.

Not every shot is going to be a winner. If you look at the work of even the best photographers, you'll notice dozens of pictures have had to be taken only because they lead up to the successful shot of a situation that the photographer has obviously been observing through the lens. You may find that you have taken one or two pictures after the right moment has passed as well. There is seldom more than one shot which stands out.
