My name is Fang Yan. I am 24 years old and male. I was born in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province. There are three people in my family including me, and I am the only son.
My father is an electronic engineer and my mother is a teacher of English. I completed elementary, junior and senior high school in Taiyuan. In 1993, I entered Shanghai Jiaotong University and graated in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in computer science. Since then I have been working as a computer programmer in Shanghai Wanda Company.
Influenced by my father, I've been interested in electronics since I was quite young. I love breaking down and reassembling little gadgets in spare time as well. I still remember that I made a portable transistor radio by myself in junior high school. And I made it a part-time job repairing TV sets and radios for neighbours in senior high.
Since childhood, I've been taught by my parents to make friends with people around and always keep good manners in public. Besides, I learn the importance of helping people out when they need it most by doing my part-time job.
Besides, I like sports very much and I am physically well.
Of course I do admit that I have some shortcomings. I can be shy when speaking in the presence of large crowds of people. Sometimes I am hesitant in making quick decisions. But I'm sure I will be able to overcome them.

3.怎麼會沒，前面不就測試了「我」是不是誠實了嗎！從上下文看，只要你擁有「誠實」，就可以通過他的考試！

5.誠實 （屁，靠這些能成功的話，一出生的嬰兒個個都能當首席CEO了，老貝的成功是因為他善於把握前局，知道事情大致發展規律，善於揣測人心，能很好的隱藏、偽裝自己，天才的演技，在加上頭腦具有很強的邏輯思維能力和判斷力）
你如果是學生，就答沒括弧的！有括弧的是對事情的社會現實的分析！
如果我是老貝的話，我覺不會用「他」，廣告誰都知道，是誇大產品的功能的！也就是個小騙子（相對真的騙子而言的），要騙人，首先要學會騙自己的良心，你認為對於商家而言，你做廣告，是找能誇大你產品功能的廣告公司，還是只會原原本本說你公司產品性能的廣告公司，而「他」應聘的是業務部、發展部主任助理，你認為就「他」那樣的性格還能拿到業務嗎？
還有一點，「他」缺少邏輯思維能力和分析能力，當老貝說「年輕人，我很欣賞你的誠實，我決定：免試了」，他就應該反應過來了，老貝前面說的話都是假的，是面試應聘者是否誠實的一部分，根本就沒必要去問戴維關於老貝女兒的事！你認為這種智商去跟那般比猴子還精的商家談廣告業務，你能拿到的廣告費會很多嗎？
所以，綜合上面的老貝用人情況對老貝進行分析：
1.老貝雖然很強，但都只是個人能力，在用人方面更是個白痴！
2.老貝為什麼要用誠實的人呢，逆向思維一下，估計他是經常騙人，所以才會害怕自己會被人騙！還有一種情況就是自己老被人騙，害怕再被騙！（不過這種可能很小，經常騙人的人智商一般都很高）。
3.經常騙人的人素質有多高，我想不用我說你也知道。估計老貝以前招的人智商都是他那個高等級的或許更高，時間久了就會看穿老貝的人格，老貝就喪失了領導魅力，就不願意和老貝一起打天下了，離開老貝！高級人才的走對老貝公司來說，是一個很大的損失，當老貝不知自省，還以為是人家欺騙背叛了他，所以要找一個誠實的人！（其實這還有一個情況，就是老貝反省了，找一個IQ低的，自己就算騙他，他也不知道，還幫你努力賺錢！不過這種情況很小，任何老闆都不會和錢過不去，招一個誠實的人弄你的騙子廣告業務，你認為他會幫你賺到很多錢嗎？所以這種情況捨去）
