如果水平較高，可以選擇星火英語，但是量相對之下就比較大，放在周末完成更合適，裡面的文章完全可以用作拔高水平來練，甚至範文來讀，剛開始會很困難，但是一兩周後適應了，效果會更好。

我中考的時候英語158/160分 可以說初中三年從沒有練過任何課外資料 每次閱讀都滿分 完型最多一個 都是老師發的 其實老師發的夠用了 不過如果你們老師發的少 你可以做做課外的 其實你就買你們省中考真題來做就對了 不要貪多貪難 我現在上高一之後 才發現閱讀很吃力了 當然其實主要是詞彙量的關系 如果你實在想做 我現在用的是星火的高一完型和高一閱讀 詞彙不夠就算了 因為中考幾乎不會有太多的生詞 你做是浪費時間 推薦你中考完後的暑假再做 順便背單詞 不然高一你就悲劇

要想在中考中考高分，一定要擴大自己的詞彙量。
你可以從現在起每天記10個單詞，不一定要版強求權自己全都記住，因為初三面對的不光是英語。但是只要每天都堅持記了，到中考的時候你不是就比別人多掌握了很多單詞嗎？
英語的大塊就是閱讀理解和完型填空了。
做一定量的閱讀和完型的題會有助於你考出好成績的。
我覺得英語就不同於數理化了，英語的題絕對是做得越多越好。但是我們並沒有這么多時間，所以我建議每天可以做5篇閱讀2篇完型。定時做，這個時間可以定為40分鍾。而且也不一定是在一個連續的時間里做，平時下課或者自習課時，只要有時間都可以做。
另外，每天有必要加強聽力的訓練。平時老師課堂上放的和復習階段做的聽力練習也許能應付中考，但不足以增強語感，所以我建議你每天可以自己再多做一篇聽力練習，這會對你做閱讀理解、完型填空以及作文很有幫助。
