兩年前，我得了一場大病，父母背著我東奔西跑，到處求醫，從他們焦急的神態中，從他們悉心的呵護中，我深深地體會到父母對我發自內心的愛。一天，爸爸用自行車馱我去醫院，我坐車後發現爸爸騎得很慢.幾個月了，爸爸是太累了，我的病讓他身心疲憊。我無意中發現了爸爸頭上的一些白發。啊，爸爸變了，變老了。我在他身上看到了歲月的滄桑，看到了生活的艱辛，更看到了爸爸為*勞的痕跡。啊，爸爸沒變，大山般的父愛沒變。我依然感受著他的溫暖，他的愛。 那是我住院期間的一天傍晚，天很冷，外面的雪下得很大。爸爸下班後趕來給我送飯，可是我想吃餃子。他二話不說，放下手裡提來的家裡做好的飯菜，迎著凜冽的大風，冒著漫天飛舞的鵝毛大雪又出去為我買餃子。天黑了，風更猛了，雪更大了.這時,雪人似的爸爸一邊走還一邊說：「餓壞了吧！」看著爸爸慈祥的面容，摸著爸爸凍得通紅的雙手,我感動得流淚了。「爸爸，爸爸……」我在心裡一遍遍地念叨，「你真是我的好爸爸！」。冬天是寒冷的，而爸爸所做的一切，卻彷彿陽光，溫暖我病痛的軀體；又似暖流，融進我愁苦的心坎里；爸爸的關愛，撐起了我戰勝病魔的信念,經過一個多月的治療,我康復出院.
我永遠不會忘記父母對我的愛，對我的呵護和關懷。我能為他們做些什麼？我常常這樣問自己。哪怕是為他們垂垂肩，洗洗碗，給他們唱段曲兒，陪他們逛逛街，散散步，我也會感到心裡的安慰。學會感恩,學會報答,我彷彿一下子長大了:我用心學習，不讓他們為我的操心；我搶著洗碗揀菜，讓他們能多休息一會兒；我經常哼哼小曲,讓家庭充滿歡聲笑語……我盡我所能給父母留下最難忘的美好時光，讓他們開心,讓他們驕傲,
我愛我的父母，普天下的孩子們都愛自己的父母.讓我們一起對父母說一聲：「我們愛您！」讓我們一起行動，知恩圖報,學會感恩.冬天就不再寒冷，黑夜就不再漫長,幸福快樂就時刻陪伴在你我身邊.
