如今低頭族已經成為世界上最龐大的民族，電子設備充斥著人們的生活，手機成為人們生活中必不可少的東西，成為大多數人最親近的東西，同時電子書市場也代替了一部分的紙質書市場，更多的人選擇了閱讀電子書，但是在我看來，還是紙質書更適合閱讀。

首先從每個人最重要的資本考慮，所謂身體是革命的本錢，所以從健康方面來考慮，電子書，絕對不是一個要長時間讀書的人的選擇，手機等電子產品的輻射，本來電子產品就已經占據了人們太多的時間，不能連讀書也在電子設備上進行。還有手機藍光對眼睛的傷害是巨大的。對於每個人來說，健康都是最重要的。

然後從讀書的目的與效率來看。讀書的目的是要從書中獲得知識，明白道理。雖然電子書有著閱讀方便的優勢，但也是由於這種快捷反而會導致忽略書本的內容。同時還由於版許可權制，很多書是沒有電子版只有紙質版。讀書是一件認真的事，就算是閱讀，手機也只是適合碎片化閱讀，只適合看一些新聞，消息，評論之類的。

讀書的時候應該是專注的，一心一意的，但是在看電子書的時候，往往就做不到專心讀書，會很容易受其他事情的干擾，很難進入讀書的狀態。只有紙質書才能達到讀書的目的，取得更好的效果。

希望大家都能夠放下手中的電子產品，多點時間回歸到現實中。
