隨著期末考試的結束,本學期的教學工作也步 入尾聲。在這個學期中,我們順利地完成了六年級下冊的英語教學。在學期剛開始時,我所面臨的問題,不僅是像以往那樣,完成本冊書的教學;學生這一學期要參加小學生畢業考試,我必須在本冊書的教學結束後,擬定一個小學英語的系統的復習計劃,根據計劃合理地安排自查前的復習工作。六年級的學生對英語學習興趣整體有所下降,兩極分化比較嚴重。所以本學期以做好後進生的轉化工作為主。面向全體學生,以學生的發展為宗旨,始終把激發學生的學習興趣放在首位,注意分層教學,引導學生端正學習態度,掌握良好的學習方法,培養學生良好的學習習慣。學生經過一個學年的英語學習後對英語的學習產生了一定的興趣,對英語的基本知識與基本技能已有初步的了解。同學們的聽力能力、口語表達能力、閱讀能力等都得到了相當程度的提高。為此我做了一下工作:
一、認真備課。
不但備學生,而且備教材、備教法。根據教學內容和學生的實際情況,設計課的類型,擬定採用的教學方法,並對教學過程的程序及時間安排都做了詳細的記錄,認真寫好教案。每一課都做到「有備而來」,每堂課都在課前做好充分的准備,課後及時對該課做出總結。
二、增強上課技能,提高教學質量。
在課堂上特別注意調動學生的積極性,加強師生交流,充分體現學生學得容易,學得輕松,覺得愉快,注意精神,培養學生多動口動手動腦的能力。
三、認真批改作業,布置作業有針對性,有層次性。
對學生的作業批改及時,認真分析並記錄學生的作業情況,將他們在作業過程中出現的問題做出分類總結,進行透切的講評,並針對有關情況及時改進教學方法,做到有的放矢。
四、做好課後輔導工作,注意分層教學。
在課後,為不同層次的學生進行相應的輔導,以滿足不同層次的學生的需求,同時加大了對學困生的輔導的力度。對學困生的輔導,並不限於學生知識性的輔導,更重要的是學生思想的輔導,提高學困生的成績,首先解決他們的心結,讓他們意識到學習的重要性和必要性,使之對學習萌發興趣。這樣,學困生的轉化,就由原來的簡單粗暴、強制學習轉化到自覺的求知上來。
五、、存在的問題:
1、在復習階段,大部分學生在課堂上的學習狀態是積極的,但是有少數學生由於緊張而繁重的復習沒有更多地關注到他們的課堂學習情況,也沒有盡最大的努力引導他們抓緊課堂的每一分鍾。於是,為了讓他們取得進步,我們的做法卻是進行「課後輔導」,增加師生的負擔 。
2.在復習階段,由於復習的內容涉及到三、四、五、六年級的內容,內容量多,在處理內容方面還存在一些不足。如,五、六年級的內容應該為主,三、四年級的內容應該根據學生的能力進行選擇(對大部分同學來講,三、四年級的內容較簡單,可應付)。五、六年級的單詞、句型都是重中之重,內容較多,不可能面面俱到。但是,老師在這時候應發揮應有的作用。為學生理順知識結構,如,更有條理地進行句型分類。另外,不應該為了應付考試,就忽略了英語作為一種語言的交際性,聽、說、讀和寫盡可能兼顧,這樣,才能充分體現本套教材的教學目的。同時,聽和說是學生在英語學習中最感興趣的部分,因此,復習階段,值得運用聽和說的活動繼續培養學生的學習興趣,將復習課的枯燥乏味變為生動活潑。
六.採取的措施:
1、以活動為課堂教學的主要形式,設計豐富多彩的教學活動,讓學生在樂中學、學中用,從而保證學生英語學習的可持續性發展。
2、通過聽、說、讀、寫、唱、游、演、畫、做等形式,進行大量的語言操練和練習。
3、設計全面、高效的課外作業,培養學生良好的書寫習慣,做到整潔、規范、正確地書寫。
4.在往後的教學中,我要更積極地思考轉化後進生的方法。如,在復習階段,針對復習內容,運用競爭機制,在後進生的小圈子內進行內部競爭,激發他們上進的積極性。
總之,在本學期的教學工作中,我能夠緊緊圍繞新課改的要求,貫徹落實新課標,以學生為主體,以人為本開展各項工作,效果也還不錯,但這遠遠不夠,教學是漫無邊際的,在以後的教學工作中,我將不斷總結經驗和教訓,發揮優勢,改善不足,虛心謹慎,揚長避短,爭取更上一層樓。
小學六年級英語期末工作總結二:
時光飛逝,歲月如流。我也已經不知不覺完成了一學期的小學英語工作。本學期,我擔任六年級的英語教學工作。我力求在教學中做到扎實,有效,讓每個學生都有所收益,上好每一節課,帶好每一個學生。現將本學期的學科教學工作總結如下:
一、學情分析:
六年級共有47人,男27人,女20人。本班學生英語基礎較好,對英語學科較感興趣。但有些學生英語基礎相對比較薄弱,對於一些簡單的單詞和語法不理解,在記憶上有一定的困難。尤其是語法上面只有個別同學能理解外,其他同學都沒有學習的興趣。
二、取得的成績:
首先,我能尊循教學環節,課前認真備課。在英語教學中,讓學生做到聽、說、讀、寫並舉,眼、耳、口、鼻、腦並用,是激發學生學好英語的關鍵。其次,在課堂教學中盡量使用英語,適當利用母語;利用直觀教具、動作、表情和玩游戲等方法吸引學生,讓學生樂於學習。而且,教學中必須做到讓學生明白,會用,反復練習句型和單詞,提高水平,進行生動活潑的開放式的課堂教學,使學生從愉快的情景中學到知識,從而提高學生對英語科的學習興趣,進而提高教學效果。在課堂上,我首先讓學生明白每課的句型結構,懂得它的規律,學會用學過的單詞使用新句型對話。每課講授完後,要求學生必須讀熟,會默寫單詞,會做基本的對話練習。英語的學習是狠抓句型及單詞,因此,每天早上要求學生利用英語自習開口讀英語,鍛煉口語能力,熟悉課文。既要學習新知識,又要鞏固舊知識,得到兩面照顧,不能鬆懈。最後,幫助學生養成良好的學習習慣。
三、教學中存在的不足:
在時態的綜合運用中,經常出現混淆,五年級下學期的重點時態現在進行時沒有掌握,一般將來時和一般現在時,學生掌握情況都很好,但三個時態放在一起,就不知所措。
四、針對不足採取的措施:
本學期通過大量的練習還是有個別學生不能正確靈活運用,下學期在學習一般過去時時還要不斷復習,比較,使學生熟練正確運用所學語言。
五、今後努力的方向:

一、思想政治工作
繼續搞好思想政治學習,認真學習教育教學理論知識,提高自身的政治素養和法律意識。堅持依法執教,廉潔從教。
二、教學工作
1、本學期我擔任了三至六年級的英語教學工作。六年級英語要求學生能夠保持對英語的學習興趣,並能用簡單的英語表達自己的意思,能夠看圖說話,簡單的寫作。我根據各班學生的身心素質和學習水平,以及新課標要求,學期初,我就讓學生自定目標,自我加壓,讓學生在自己身邊找榜樣,結對子。在平時的學習中,相互幫助,相互合作,以優帶後,共同進步。使其增強了競爭意識與合作學習的能力,同時也激發了學生學習英語的興趣。
2、由於六年級的學生已經有了一定的學習自覺性和自我管理能力,大部分學生能夠堅持每天讀英語,已經養成了良好的學習習慣。
但也有一部分學生沒能堅持下來,缺乏必要的監督。英語作為一種語言要多在實際中運用,因此,除了課堂練習外,還需要讓學生在平常生活中多讀、多講、多練。因此,我在班上設了英語領讀員和紀律監督員,早讀課上堅持到班了解早讀情況,發現問題及時糾正。課後發現學生作業有問題及時進行講解;讓學生及時消化。另外,對部分不自覺的同學還採取「一對一」的監督方式,確保他們不落後,提高他們的朗讀和默寫能力。
3、在批改作業方面,我要求學生的課堂作業能夠及時完成。我也按時地批改,並詳細地做好批註。對學生存在的普遍性錯誤,在全班重點講解、分析;針對個別學生的個別錯誤,就採取面批方法,單獨地講解,幫助學生解決疑難習題,提高教學質量。
4、在教學過程中老師是教學的領導者和參與者。講求方法,豐富課堂是教師在整個教學過程中首要的任務。上課內容豐富,現實,講課生動,難易適中照顧全部,就自然能夠吸引住學生。所以,老師每天都要有充足的精神,讓學生感受到一種自然氣氛。這樣,授課就事半功倍。回顧自己的授課,我感到有點愧疚,因為個別時候我並不能很好地做到這點。當學生在課堂上無心學習,思想開小差時,我的情緒就會受到影響,並且把這帶到教學中,讓原本正常的講課受到沖擊,發揮不到應有的水平,以致影響教學效果。我覺得,以後要採取有利方法解決課堂中的問題,努力做到認真備課,不但備學生,而且備教材、備教法。

三、回顧過去,在以往的教學工作中我還存在著一些不足之處,如:
1、無法照顧到全體學生,設計適合所有學生的教學方式。
2、對學生的實際理解能力估計不足,或考慮不周。我在平時的訓練中,只注意了一部分學生的情況,沒能充分考慮學生的個體因素。盲目的認為已經是六年級的學生了,學習的自覺性已經非常高了,有能力自己解決問題了,而忽視了對學生出錯的問題及時糾正和放鬆了對他們的督促。在平時的教學過程中,我總是強調對學生自覺學習的習慣的培養,對他們抱有過高的估計和評價,因而沒有對其具體的學習情況和效果做出及時准確的驗證和審查。
3、對待優生的培優不是很到位。考試前一段時間,由於主客觀因素,我把精力過多地放在了補差上,對班內的數名優生的輔導沒能落到實處,有待下個學期加強。
由於每一位教師尤其英語教師,大家都在不斷的改善和創新自己的教學,難免會有失敗和彎路。不過我堅信,只有通過不斷的創新和實踐才能有進步,才能不斷完善自己的教育教學,以上就是我一學期來的教學總結和感想。在今後的教學工作中,我會努力填補自己在教
