該表其實分為兩個部分:

第一部分:失分率統計

該部分的主要任務在於分析小題的失分率和整張試卷的失分率。一般來說一張試捲成績的好壞與小題的准確率關聯很大。所以我們要倍加重視小題。在每次考試之後,都要進行統計,同學們會發現,每次小考的小題的平均失分率基本上就是你大考的失分率。

第二部分:錯因分析

該部分的主要任務是針對整張試卷的所有錯題的錯因進行統計。這類的錯因有兩種。

第一種是知識性錯誤:此錯誤為單純的沒有學會該部分知識導致的錯誤。此類錯誤是易於修改的,只需要考後對該部分知識點進行一定的強化訓練即可。

第二種是習慣性錯誤:此類錯誤成因很多,也是同學們最頭疼的錯誤,頭痛的原因在於即使犯了這種錯誤,也知道自己有這種錯誤,但是就是不知道如何才能修改這類錯誤。其實究其原因就在於同學們沒有真正的去挖掘錯誤發生的真正原因,基本上一筆帶過。

這樣的回答其實都是籠統的。同學們在整理錯因的時候,不要這么去寫,要進一步分析原因,然後寫上去。下面我針對馬虎這類錯誤進行一個示範分析:

1、急於去做題,導致讀題速度過快 ,而忽略了其中某些關鍵詞

2、在寫答案的過程中,急於完成書寫過程,所以寫第三行的時候想著第四行怎麼寫,

導致筆誤產生的錯誤

3、由於時間不夠,導致想盡快做完題目,所以沒有進行任何分析,就寫答案了。

4、在進行開方的時候沒有寫出兩個解。

諸如以上的馬虎成因的分析,才算是真正的抓住問題的本質,然後進行統計。這樣才能在以後做題中進行有針對性的修正。同時要統計每類錯誤所犯的總次數,例如:

1、此次考試這類錯誤所犯的次數--可由家長代為統計

2、往次考試這類錯誤所犯的次數--可由家長代為統計

這樣同學們經過多張試卷的分析後,就會對自身所犯的錯誤次數列出一個排行榜,榜單錯誤次數前三名的錯誤,就是同學們著重要分析解決的問題,同時也是下一次考試檢查的重點環節。從而提高學習效率和考試效率。

3、大考成績綜合統計表--可由家長代為完成

該表的一些選項可能在某些考試無法統計,比如說市排名,區排名甚至排名,那麼有哪個就寫哪個。關鍵在於前面成績的統計。
第一個用處:能夠較為客觀的分析同學們階段性的學習狀態,為下一步制定學習計劃

第二個用處:用於單科分析。
