㈢ 如何開展小學英語童話故事教學

很多孩子的童年,都是在故事中長大的。小時候我們愛聽故事,長大後,我們常常給孩子講故事。故事中神奇有趣的情節常常讓孩子們流連忘返。可以說,「故事是兒童成長過程中不可或缺的一部分,它對於發展兒童的語言,豐富兒童的情感和想像力有著巨大的促進作用。」 在開展英文經典童話故事教學中,我們發現學習英文童話故事,不僅可以增加孩子的知識面,擴大孩子的詞彙量,提高孩子的閱讀水平,還可以讓孩子在表演童話故事的過程中運用英語,體驗英語的無窮魅力,更可以讓孩子在學習英語的同時學習為人處事的道理。下面從三個方面談談英語經典童話故事在小學英語教學中的作用。
一、 演故事,長興趣
「興趣是最好的老師。」在英語經典童話故事教學中,我們根據學生的身心發展的特點,特別挑選了符合學生心理特徵的英文經典童話故事。在中低年級,我們會挑選與動物有關的童話故事,如:《The Wolf Is Coming》、《Little Red Riding Hood》、《Three Little Pigs》等;而在中高年級,故事的選擇會更加廣泛、內容會更加豐富。在進行故事教學前,我們會根據學生的英語知識水平,改編故事降低語言難度,但不改變故事的寓意。
如在三年級進行《Little Red Riding Hood》故事教學時,因為三年學生剛剛開始接觸英語,所認識的英語詞彙非常缺乏,為了減低閱讀難度,提高學習興趣,筆者根據學生的已有知識,把童話故事改編成語言簡單的劇本。在教學中,筆者根據學生的特點採取教師演繹故事的方式呈現劇本。簡單的語言、神奇的童話色彩,加上筆者的傾情演出,緊緊抓住了學生的眼球,大大提高了學生的學習興趣,增強了學生參與故事表演的慾望。在扮演故事中,每一個孩子都激情高漲,就連平時不愛講話的同學都樂意起來扮演小鳥、小兔……每個孩子都從學習故事中享受英語帶來的樂趣,在表演故事中體驗成功的喜悅。
二、學故事,識單詞
故事本身就是一個情境,故事中的情節,能夠幫助學生理解單詞詞義、提高學習單詞的效率。在進行英語童話故事教學時,我們把故事中一些常見的單詞提取出來,讓學生根據圖片或者老師的動作、表情等提示來猜測單詞的意思,並通過有趣的游戲進行鞏固學習。如在《Little Red Riding Hood》案例中,筆者把文章中常用的單詞如bird、rabbit、wolf、hunter、forest提煉出來,並讓學生進行單詞與圖片配對活動,以此幫助學生明確單詞的意思。在《Three Little Pigs》童話故事教學中,筆者讓學生根據圖片和故事上下文推斷出straw、stick、brick、house等生詞的意思。在《Snow White and the Seven Little Men》故事教學中,筆者引導學生通過上下文猜測queen、mirror、magic、poisoned等生詞的詞義。
在教學《PEP小學英語》教材時,我們驚喜地發現,由於很多單詞學生在學習童話故事的時候已經接觸過了,再次學習這些單詞時,學習難度降低了,學生的學習熱情就更加高漲,人也顯得更有自信。
三、學故事,明道理
童話故事,尤其是寓言故事,通常都會蘊含一個道理。利用英語經典童話故事,對學生滲透情感教育,讓學生學習為人處事的道理,是我們課題的一個重要內容。在進行英語經典童話故事教學中,我們主要選擇了寓言故事,特別是《伊索寓言》和《格林童話》中的名篇。並對這些故事進行改編,以適應學生的英語水平,降低學習難度,但我們一定會維持寓意的不變。這樣,學生不僅可以在英語故事中學習英語知識,也獲得做人的道理。
如在學習《Little Riding Hood》之後,筆者問學生:「What do you learn from the story?(你從故事中學到了什麼?)」有的學生說:「不要隨便和陌生人講話。(小紅帽與大灰狼對話)」有的學生說:「要像小紅帽一樣當個有禮貌的孩子。」等等。又如《The Lion and the Mouse》告訴我們「不要輕視弱者」,「每個人都有自己的長處」,「我們要互相幫忙」。
學習了故事中的道理以後,在日常教育中,我們常常用寓言故事來教育學生。當學生犯了錯誤時,我們不需要長篇大論,只要簡單地說出故事的名稱,學生就能明白自己的過錯。學習知識與道德教育相結合,真是一舉兩得。

4月2日是安徒生誕辰年的日子。現在,我給大家簡單的介紹一下安徒生。漢斯•克里斯蒂安•安徒生(1805~1875),誕生於丹麥富恩島奧登塞小鎮,是十九世紀的世界童話大師。小時候,他孤僻自卑,生性敏感,長得其貌不揚,沒有人緣。《丑小鴨》被認為是他自傳體作品.早年他的際遇不佳,父親是個窮鞋匠,母親是個洗衣匠,一字不識。他從小家境貧寒,沒受過正規教育,但他對文學有一顆赤誠和執著的心,正是這樣不懈的努力,安徒生終於獲得了成功。

The 2 April is the day of Andersen's 202th birthday .Right now I would like to give you a brief introction about Mr.Andersen.Born under extremely poor conditions in the Danish town Odense (the Island of Funen), Hans Christian Andersen (1805-1875) was a master of the fairy tales in the 19th century.As a child he was highly dissociable,self-contemptuous, and emotional.All these characters and his unattractive appearance made him very unpopular.The Ugly Duckling was considered his autobiographical work.His early years were full of misadventures.His father was a shoemaker and his mother worked as a washerwoman. Andersen received little early ecation because of poor family circumstances.But it was his devotion and dedication to literature that finally contributed to his great success.

Andersen was not only a fairy tale writer but a poet, a playwright and a traveler.And he was also good at paper cutting.Poor family background in his childhood and no opportunities to learn made him keenly feel that there was nobody who was in want of reading more than poor children .In order to strive for the next generation Andersen made up his mind to write fairy tales for kids,and published his book named The Story Told to The Children .In the following years the same type of fairy tales were published at each christmas.He had continued procing his new works until he was cancered.There were total 168 fairy tales written by Andersen in his nearly 40 years.His works were characterized by their unique style: the poetic beauty and the bouffe humor.The former was predominant style that embodied itself in the chantable stories while the latter in the sarcastic ones.

upon a time, there lived an old couple in a village. The old couple prayed every day that they might have a baby. One day, an old woman moved into the house next door. The Old woman raised lettuce that looked very tasty and delicious.
The old wife wanted to eat the lettuce from next door, and she constantly pestered her husband to let her eat that mouth-watering lettuce. "Dear, I want to have that lettuce." Without knowing what else to do, the husband crept next door and stole the old woman's lettuce.
However, the woman next door was a witch, and she noticed that the husband of her neighbor had stolen the lettuce. The witch said, "You dare to steal another's lettuce. You deserve to be punished." The husband said, "I am sorry, but my wife wants to have the lettuce very much."
The witch said, "Is that so? Then you can take as much as you want. But there is a condition." The husband asked, "What is it?" The witch said, "If a baby is born, you have to give me the child." After a while, his wife got pregnant and gave birth to a pretty girl. The witch swiftly crept off with the baby girl and disappeared into the forest.
She gave the name Rapunzel to the girl, and this child grew up fast to become a beautiful lady. Yet the witch was afraid of losing Rapunzel, so she locked her up in a tower.
"Rapunzel, Rapunzel, please let down your golden hair." When Rapunzel dropped down her long hair, the witch would climb up in order to prevent Rapunzel from meeting other people.
One day, a Prince happened to pass by the tower. The Prince lost his heart to the beautiful singing voice of Rapunzel. "How can I climb up to the tower?" The Prince decided to wait under the tower until he saw an opportunity.
On the next day, the Prince saw that the witch climbed up to the tower on the lovely yellow hair of Rapunzel. After the witch left the tower, the Prince imitated the witch. He said, "Rapunzel, Rapunzel, please let down your golden hair." Then the long hair was dropped from the inside of the tower.
Upon seeing Rapunzel, the Prince fell instantly in love with her. He said, "You are the most beautiful lady in the world." Rapunzel also lost her heart to the handsome prince. The two lovers met each other every night, hiding from the eyes of the witch.
However one day, the witch found out about these secret meetings, cut off the hair of Rapunzel, and sent her to a desert. Then the witch dropped down the cut hair to the Prince, as he came to see Rapunzel. When the Prince climbed up the tower, holding the cut hair, the witch cast off the ladder sending the Prince crashing to the ground. m.niuyingyu.cn
He fell heavily on the earth at the base of the tower and became blind. The Prince gained strength by wandering around the land in order to find Rapunzel, and finally met her in the heart of the desert. Rapunzel recognized the Prince at once. Upon realizing that the Prince had become blind, Rapunzel's eyes filled with tears, which trickled down into the eyes of the Prince.
At that moment, the Prince gained his eyesight again with the power of love. Then the two people returned to the royal palace and lived happily ever after.

上周,接到通知,讓我在此次教研基地活動中做一個講座,就「課外閱讀」這個主題談一點個人的看法。《世說新語》中有「戰戰慄慄,汗不敢出」之語,今天坐在台前,有這么多的專家、精英在,也深感惶恐。我的看法肯定算不上講座,只就個人對於課外閱讀的認識及自己的一些做法,向各位做個匯報,不當之處敬請批評指正。
我今天和大家交流的題目是《最是書香能致遠——小學生課外閱讀方法的指導》。作為語文人,我們都知道,「課外閱讀」現在是一個熱詞,其實,它本身就應是一個熱詞,思想意識上可以說人人重視。但我們也應該看到,在加強學生課外閱讀的工作上,我們在平時真的做了多少,做了多少有價值的,這還真的不好說。
一、 也談課外閱讀的重要性
前段時間,在朋友的微信中,看到了這樣一個故事,題目是「孩
子數學成績不好,要不要靠補課提高」,回答是——閱讀才是最佳方法。
我是相信閱讀的力量的,閱讀能影響數學和其他的學科學習,那他對於學生語文素養的發展功力,還有什麼可以懷疑的呢?

(一)給你閱讀量的硬性規定:
第一學段:積累自己喜歡的成語和格言警句。背誦優秀詩文50篇(段)。課外閱讀總量不少於5萬字。
第二學段:養成讀書看報的習慣,收藏並與同學交流圖書資料。課外閱讀總量不少於40萬字。
第三個學段:擴展閱讀面。課外閱讀總量不少於100萬字。
(二)再給你關於閱讀的寬泛建議:讓學生少做題,多讀書,好讀書,讀好書,讀整本的書。鼓勵學生自主選擇閱讀材料。
讀童話寓言、故事、詩歌、散文、長篇文學名著、當代文學作品、科普科幻的讀物和政治歷史文化各類讀物。
