最關鍵的是要來以一顆平常自心去對待高考。考試焦慮是一種臨考前常見的內心感到緊張的情緒反應。心理學中有一個定律叫做葉克斯一多得森法則,是心理學家葉克斯和多得森發現的。該定律描述了焦慮程度和解決問題的效率之間的關系,即二者之間的關系呈「倒U型曲線」:焦慮程度過高和焦慮程度過低時的效率都很低,而中等焦慮時的效率最高。所以,適度的考試焦慮有利於提高學習效率和學習成績。一般而言,考試焦慮是由各種壓力和個人的性格等因素造成的。
考試時,最冤枉的事莫過於記住的知識想不起來,會做的題目束手無策,簡單的運算出現錯誤,這種現象在考生中並不鮮見。例如有一位考生這么說:「就學習時間而言,似乎已到了我的極限。我覺得平時學得還可以,大部分習題都能做對,但考試時卻不知怎麼搞的,該對的做不出來,不該錯的卻偏偏出錯,成績總是不理想,這使我緊張不安,甚至有點兒害怕考試。」出現這種現象的主要原因,在於考生沒有使自己處於最佳應試狀態,情緒過於緊張,無法充分集中注意力,不能調控自己的內部心理狀態和外部操作活動,從而影響自己真實水平的發揮。那麼如何將緊張程度調控到中等水平,維持最佳應試狀態呢?
