英语四六级写信模板

A. 请教四六级的书信格式--齐头式

其正文与称呼之间空一至二行。每段的第一句句子不需要空格，但段内与段之间需要空容一至二行。齐头式信件的信尾客套话和签名可以有两种款式。第一种写在左下方，这是最常用也是最正式的。另外也可以写在右下方，这种形式则表示写信人与收信人之间的关系比较熟悉随便。

齐头式是现代改进的格式又叫垂直式，日期、封内地址、称呼、正文、结尾敬语及签署等的每一行起首靠左边，排列整齐，不向右缩进。不同的部分：比如说不同的段落或地址。则以空行的方式隔开。

改良齐头式改良齐头式结合了缩进式与齐头式的特点，段落首行齐头，新段落与左边界齐头，如同齐头式。寄件人地址、日期、结尾敬辞和签名都缩排，如同缩排式。
