2019年12月英语四级考试时间分配方法如下：

1、5分钟作文准备时间

如果没有充分的准备，看完作文题目就直接动手写，写到最后容易无话可说。俗话说得好：磨刀不误砍柴工。在这充足的5分钟内，先审题，看清题目要求，免得写偏题了。然后进行一个提纲和内容的构思，想清楚自己文章的大致结构，是否需要举例说明等等。
