『贰』 英语四六级考试是本校老师批改吗

英语四六级考试不是本校老师批改。

四六级作文阅卷工作制度是这样的，在阅卷过程中，考试中心要求每位阅卷老师在作文右下角标上自己的编号。阅卷进行几天后，每个小组会抽出一两本已经批阅的试卷，把分数擦掉，采取自评或互评的方式，然后对两次的分数进行比较，以考察老师的改卷情况，同时对分数相差太大的进行调整。考试中心还会对每位阅卷老师的改卷情况进行统计数据分析。

如果该老师的评分波动太大，考试中心会给予批评，评分比较平稳，中心可能会给予一定的奖励。

如此的制度，按理可以保障分数的客观性，对考生负责。但事实上，问题重重。阅卷时间安排太紧张。历年的阅卷时间安排一般为一星期左右。为了节省开支，考试中心聘请的阅卷老师的数量是有限的。在有限的时间内，阅卷老师承担了负荷过重的任务。如果阅卷老师要看得仔细一点，仔细权衡一下作文到底该给多少分，总是时间不够。

经常这样做，结局就是你面前堆放的没有批阅的作文越来越多，最后大家都改完了或提前离开或闲聊轻松地等着下班铃的时候，你还在埋头苦干或请人帮忙。笔者改了两次作文，每次都是落在小组最后，压力极其大。据说，与四六级作文不一样的是，研究生入学考试的阅卷每天的批阅量并不是规定的，但改得快的人能够得到奖励。也就是说，现行制度鼓励老师做“快刀手”。
