分成两来部分回答吧
阅读理解自做不好一般不是词汇量少的问题，而是因为平时做的比较少，没有一定的语感积累。
完形填空一般不会有太多难词，如果有的话，分成两种情况。
第一种，选项里有难词，方法一：不管那个生词，从你认识的词里选，方法二：排除法。
第二种，文章里有难词，这种时候这个难词要么就是不重要，不用管它，要么就是关键词，出现多遍，完全可以猜出来。
一般老师是不会让学生做不可能做出来的阅读题的。要有信心
另外，一味的背单词绝对不是初中英语学习的好方法。积累语感才是最重要的。
