对第一轮初步归纳的知识点进一步整理，打牢基础，同时逐步增加难度强化训练。在句子和语篇上考查听力，提高自己在语言交际中获取信息的能力。强调交流性，通过设置微型情境，增加若干语境化的因素，培养自己的活用能力和创新能力。在练习设置上，采用完形填空、阅读理解、补全对话、书面表达等多种形式，使自己能够面对常用的话题熟练灵活使用教材中的30个日常交际用语。
第三轮：综合训练，查漏补缺，进一步升华
这轮复习主要是适应性训练，目的是使自己适应中考要求，提高应试技巧。本轮侧重培养自己审题解题能力。在教师指导下进行综合练习和模拟测试，更好适应中考的环境和要求。同时也要注意知识的查漏补缺，对第一第二轮的复习补充和完善，最终使自己达到知识和能力的全面巩固和提高，并为下一阶段的学习打好基础。
中考将近，同学们在英语复习过程中应注意以下6方面的问题：
1、突破词汇关。单词量是英语学习最重要的环节，如果把一个人的英语水平比作一座高楼，那么单词就是修建高楼所必须的砖头。只有积累了足够多的单词，才能切实提高自己的英语水平，在听说读写各个方面都取得进步。同学们可以在复习过程中根据读音规则来记词汇，也可用串连、对比、转换、联想记忆的方法来记词汇。每天根据自己的实际情况制定相应的计划，背记一定数量的单词，最好用单词造句，既能帮助强化单词记忆，又能灵活应用所学单词表达自己的意思，为书面写作打下基础。
2、克服自己的薄弱环节，弄通语法知识。英语的语法体系复杂繁琐，有相应的规律也有特殊的现象，学生在学习时总会感觉不知所措。总觉得老师讲的这部分语法点刚弄明白，可是再多加些知识又糊涂了。这就需要学生在学习时学会自己归纳总结所学的知识点，透过表象，抓住最本质的规律。特别是对于规律性的东西，一定要自己进行归纳和总结。如英语中的“对……来说”在不同的情况下所用的介词不一样，在“It is＋形容词＋介词＋somebody＋不定式”的句型中，介词往往是for和of两种，如果形容词主语本身的性质就用of，反之就用for，等等。
3、重温已经学过的知识。可将以前做过的题目重温一遍，分析、总结错在哪里，并将其牢牢记住，避免再重犯错误。
4、安排好自己的复习计划。同学们现在的复习基本上是按照老师的安排在走，老师在课堂上布置的复习应该说是针对全班学生的，具有共性，同学们还应该按照自身的情况，安排些时间来进行复习，来解决自己个性的问题。
5、结对复习。英语是语言，语言就要进行交流，在交流过程中就是在复习。同学们可以互相交谈，进行对话、单词的复习，还可以从交谈中看出对方的问题，提醒自己要注意这些问题。
6、确定一个切合自己实际的追赶目标。有些同学近阶段学习十分用功，但就是觉得自己怎么用功都追不上一些好的同学。我认为，这就需要制定一个切合实际的追赶目标，以利于提高自己的信心。可以考虑制定一个长期的总目标，然后再细化为一个个短期目标。比如定下自己总的中考目标是什么，然后再依次确定自己近期的月考目标、临近的毕业考目标、一模和二模目标等。
