哈佛英语，难度适中，每天都安排了适量任务，做一篇阅读或完型就会配置一些小的语法练版习，各权方面都可以训练到，按年级划分，每天留10-15分钟就可以完成，其中不乏一些佳篇。
如果水平较高，可以选择星火英语，但是量相对之下就比较大，放在周末完成更合适，里面的文章完全可以用作拔高水平来练，甚至范文来读，刚开始会很困难，但是一两周后适应了，效果会更好。
