团队精神，就是我们通常所说的集体主义精神。它是指集体中的每—个成员都应该自觉地以团队为归属，齐心协力，团结一致，共同奋斗，达成集体的总目标。它要求每一个成员都相互关心，相互帮助，竭尽自己的全部智慧和力量，去完成集体的共同任务。它也包含一种牺牲小我的内容在内。团队精神是一个集体所必须具有的，它能够将团体中每个成员的心紧紧地系在一起，形成一股强大的凝聚力。俗话说，众人拾柴火焰高。任何一件事情靠个人力量是办不好的，只有团队中的每个人通力合作，每一个细节环环相扣，才能获得成功。这是半年的调查给我们的最深刻的体会。
我们的小组是一个整体，离开了谁都不能搞好这次调查活动。在调查过程中，每一项工作我们都进行了细致的分工。譬如在查找资料的时候，我们每个人都分管一项工作。经过一段时间的调查收集，我们把每个人的资料汇总起来，形成了一份比较完整的调查报告。若离开了任何一个人，我们的调查都不够完整。在采访相关部门的领导时，我们根据各自负责的方面，写出了各个部分较全面的采访提纲。在采访过程中，每个人都有相应的工作，并各自作好采访记录，最后形成了一个全面、详细的采访报告。这些都是我们结题报告的理论来源，使我们的报告具有较强的真实性和理论性。
在分工各司其职的同时，我们还相互帮助，通力合作。比如，负责这个方面调查的同学，在查找自己所需资料时，发现了其他同学负责的资料，他不仅把这个消息告诉对方，还代为收集整理出来，交给对方。从全局看，这样做，节约了整体操作的总时间，使我们能够将时间集中在更为困难的问题调查上去。这种相互帮助，是我们看到这样一个现实：那就是，个人的成功是寓含于集体的成功中的。个人的成功与他人的成功、集体的成功是统一的。竞争，是在合作的基础上进行的，是在公平的原则下展开的。人人都应该有获取成功的机遇。我们不能因为自己需要成功而自私地拒绝帮助他人。其实在竞争中帮助他人就是在帮助自己。
这种团队精神，营造出和谐的人际关系。这次综合实践活动中，我们深深体会到在这种和谐的人际关系中学习工作，没有内耗，让人全身心地投入到调查工作中去，其效率是极高的。
总之，正因为具有了团队精神，我们调查小组的工作才能顺利进行。是团队精神将我们这个小组凝聚得更紧密，这也是我们学习的最大收获。这种精神的获得，将是我们受用终身。
