在教学中，我们发现系统化的英语教材发挥了科学化、合理化的诸多优势，但也不可避免地带来了一些的弊端。对于喜好尝新，对世界充满无限想象的孩子来说，这近乎千篇一律的教材形式，很容易让孩子产生厌倦与排斥情绪。在这样的背景下，“绘本教学”应运而生。“绘本”那精致独特的装帧，诗意唯美的画面，一下子便吸引了孩子们的眼球，让他们爱不释手了。于是，在此基础上进行的英语绘本教学便轻而易举地取得了较好的效果。
一、“绘本”的定义与优势
绘本的主要特色就是提供读者在视觉方面的真实的，或是美感的经验，有时候也会集中呈现某种简单的意义和结构。就英语儿童书绘本来说，押韵或是反覆句型的形式重复率高，促使他们通过大量的听和读感受英语的发音韵律和语言的整体结构。
绘本不仅是讲故事，学知识，而且可以全面帮助孩子建构精神，培养多元智能。它的介入，给学生提供了大量的语言知识，能够提供给孩子学习英语的真实生活情境和丰富的词汇，能协助发展孩子的语言能力。而其中很多优质的绘本来自英语国家，让孩子通过阅读英文绘本感受到英语语言的原味。
二、小学英语教学选择“绘本”的标准
优秀绘本的题材多种多样，讲友情，谈亲情，说勇敢，颂生命尊严、倡导保护环境等等，几乎涵盖了儿童生活、成长的方方面面。它不仅仅是文学或故事的一种表现形式，更具有珍藏价值的艺术品。
适合小学英语教学的绘本资源没有最优秀最出色的，只有最适合学生学习，最能取得教学成效的。那么怎样的绘本资源是最适合小学英语教学的呢？它需要遵循以下几点原则：
1、符合小学生这个特定年龄段的理解能力与欣赏能力。 2、能激起小学生阅读英语的强烈欲望和兴趣。
3、能关注小学生自主阅读能力的培养，重视他们看图、赏图水平的提高，并起到一定的教育意义。
4、能起到文化传承，启迪智慧的良好作用。
三、“绘本”与小学英语教学的优质整合
小学英语绘本教学其实是一种故事性教学的模式，它十分符合小学生的年龄特点,借用栩栩如生的人物形象和环环相扣的故事情节进行教学的方式，有利于吸引小学生易分散的注意力，激发和维持他们浓郁的学习兴趣。为了弄明白有趣的故事情节，小学生会尽力地调动注意力做到认真地聆听，从而提高听力理解能力，培养英语学习的语感。
（一）“绘本”在不同学段的对应整合
不同年龄段的学生，对英语知识的理解能力、接受能力，和情感体验程度都是不同的，所以，在绘本的选择上，教师也应考虑学生年龄段及知识层次的特点，给予不同的指导。
例如学习动物和颜色时，可以介绍《brown bear,brown bear, what do you
see?》给学生，故事中的棕熊四处旅行，在旅行的过程中见到了不同颜色的动物与人物，除了缤纷的色彩与图像外，另可搭配歌曲编唱。随着教师的引导:
brown bear, brown bear, what do you see?学生回答：i see a red bird
looking at me. 教师接着问：red bird, red bird, what do you see? 学生答：i see
a yellow ck looking at me.文字非常有韵味，朗朗上口，学生读了还想读。
在学习数字的时候，从简单的绘本《penguins 123》和《cat count》开始认识。《penguins
123》让学生简单明白1到12的大概状况，接着《cat
count》则从1数到10，然后突然到了55，所以结合这两本书的特点，孩子一起阅读很快就可以明白英文数字单词的拼读规律了。当学生掌握了基本的数字单词，教师和学生可以一起阅读《five
little sharks swimming in the sea》, 《five little bats flying in the
night》孩子们在这么有趣的故事书的陪伴先学习英语，肯定会有更多的体会。一本优秀绘本的阅读过程，就是一次珍贵的审美经历。也许孩子们分辨不清那些色彩的名字，更不懂的画面的经营布局，但请相信孩子的眼睛，会为美丽而闪亮，会将眼睛的感受立即传达到内心，从而形成一种逐渐成熟的视觉经验，美好的经验会积极影响到孩子在成长过程乃至一生的美感与情操。
（二）情感教育在“绘本”中的渗透与整合
小学英语教学的每一个环节每一个过程，都充满着浓郁的情感因素。可以说，情感活动渗透在小学英语教学的方方面面，情感教学是英语教学的一个重要方法和有效途径。而绘本这个给学生带来强烈美感体验的艺术品，更是将丰富的情感渲染得浓郁醇厚。
英语情感教学是指英语教师在英语教学活动中，以情感学教育理论和教育心理学理论为指导，在充分考虑英语认知因素的同时，针对学生的情感心理发生特征，着意突出语言特点的一种教学模式。这种模式综合融会教学流程各个构成要素，充分发挥情感的动力调节作用，激发学生积极健康向上的情感，从而达到使学生知情并进，形成健康个性全面发展的教育目的。
绘本对儿童情感教育也有着深刻的影响,在故事阅读的潜移默化中，学生得到了正确的人生观及良好的生活态度的培养，也储备了社会生存和与人相处的能力。在英语教学中，老师应借由绘本故事所蕴含情感内容，将之进一步地拓展深化，以此来启发儿童,使其情感朝着积极、正面的方向发展。绘本与课堂情感教育的整合运用，陶冶了学生的情操，激发了学生的学习动机，提高了学习的效率，促进了英语教学，对全面推进素质教育有着重要的作用。学生在与绘本进行心灵对话中，在闪烁着人性光辉、充满大自然和谐和童真童趣的字里行间徜徉时，必定会开阔眼界，丰富内心，升华境界，健全人格。
小学英语绘本教学是一个新生事物，还需要我们不断去实践、去研究。作为小学英语老师，我们要充分发挥绘本阅读教学的作用，培养学生良好的阅读习惯、为学生的终身发展奠定基础。

Many people burn incense and kowtow, do good deeds and strive for virtues, not just for the present, but mainly to let God see their sincerity so as to be reborn into a better afterlife, or to achieve the highest enlightenment after several lives of practice. They do believe in afterlife. But I can’t help asking: Suppose there were no afterlife, would you still do good deeds and strive for virtues? And If God does not see what you are doing, would you still be so upright and selfless? If you work, not for serving the public and liberating the others, but just for a better afterlife of your own, isn’t it a little too selfish? Comparing with this kind of believers, those who don’t believe in afterlife, but still keep doing good deeds, are the most sincere and honest philanthropists, because they do them not for themselves but for other. You may wonder if I believe in afterlife. My answer is: I know nothing about my previous life, so I dare not make improper comments on afterlife. But I do hope there’s afterlife! Because our present life is so short that so many things slip away before our proper understanding. I have so many dreams, so many wishes, so many ambitions, as well as so many reGREts and concerns. If there were no afterlife, all of them will remain unrealized! I’m not contented with the present commonplace life, I’m very much attached to the affections that should have been mine but have been washed away by the hurrying time, and I yearn for the perfection and maturity if I could start all over again. So believe it or not, I’d rather there were afterlife.

一、 感情第一

二、 长期积累

“积累”可以说是任何学习所必需的，在英语学习中它显得更为重要！For example ：我将英语中的“单词、语法、句子、结构、阅读、写作、听力、口语”等等一切比喻成不同的层，你每学一些相关的东西就会在相应的层上加一些东西，而你学的越扎实，同样层与层之间就砸的越扎实。这样当你有着一日在使用的时候，储存在层中的知识就会像水一样被源源不断的挤压出来给你提供源源不竭的语言素材，你会感到好象有用不完的东西在不断的向外涌出，这时我相信你的信心和成就感就会接踵而来了，而你的英语学习也渐入佳境了。

三、 执着追求

所谓“执着追求”，引用英国利兹大学一位教授的话就是一定要相信“the power of your dream”。我的理解是：first ，你一定要梦想，只有有了梦想你才有了追求的目标，才有力量，才有方向和动力。以我为例，考研可以说是我一直以来的梦想，只是由于种种原因，其中尤其是糟糕的英语，才暂时搁浅的，但是在我心中可以说这个梦想一直不曾消失，相反还越发强烈。我想这就是“the power of the dream”，它会一直在你内心的最深处呼唤着你，指引你，督促和激励你。这种力量是潜移默化的，是永恒持久的，是无比强大的。因此我认为第一步就是确定你心中的“dream”，然后才能为之去拼搏努力。second ，梦想可能暂时被压制，但当它再次被激活时，它会以排山倒海，不可逆转之势袭来，这时我们所能做的就是去完成和实现它，而方法之一就是执着追求！排除一切艰难险阻，用持之以恒的毅力去完成你的梦想，再大的困难在你和your dream面前都会变得不堪一击，战胜一切困难，迎来最终的胜利只是时间问题。我相信读到这里朋友们应该有了足够的信心和力量，去走属于你自己的阳关大道。
