『壹』 小学英语教师如何进行阅读策略指导
作为语言学习的主要输入方式,阅读在听、说、读、写四项技能中占有重要的地位。《国家英语课程标准》在语言技能目标(二级)描述和基本学习策略描述中都对小学生提出明确的阅读要求。但是,长期以来,广大小学英语教师对英语阅读教学的研究一直不够重视,学生的阅读潜能也没有得到很好的挖掘,学生阅读能力低下成了影响小学英语教学质量,制约学生英语发展水平的一个重要因素。著名的英语教学专家王笃勤在其《英语教学策略论》中指出:“阅读教学成功与否很大程度上取决于教学的策略性。”因此,探索小学英语阅读教学的策略、提高英语教学的实效,应该引起广大小学英语教师的思考和关注。本文将结合自己的日常探索和教学实践,谈谈小学高年级开展英语阅读教学应注意的几个“结合”。
一、 英语阅读教学应与激发阅读兴趣相结合
兴趣是最好的老师。因而,小学英语教学必须最大限度地激发学生的学习兴趣。而阅读能力更是直接受到阅读兴趣的影响,阅读兴趣高,阅读动机就强。教师的任务就是引发孩子天生的阅读兴趣和好奇心,使阅读成为令人愉快的活动。这是顺利开展英语阅读教学、有效提高学生英语阅读水平的根本保证。
首先,要采用恰当的导入激发学生的阅读兴趣。良好的开端是成功的一半。导入的成功与否直接影响着阅读教学的效果。现行的小学高年级英语教材题材广泛,体裁多样,教师在教学过程中应根据阅读材料的不同进行恰当的新课导入以激发起学生的阅读兴趣。
其次,要设计多样的阅读形式保持学生的兴趣。小学生年纪小,有意注意保持时间短,对事物的兴趣持续时间也较短。在成功的导入后,如果教师不注意设计灵活多样的阅读形式以保持学生的阅读兴趣,成功的导入也只能是“昙花一现”。例如,在教学《新标准英语》三年级起点第六册Mole 10-Unit 1 Have you prepared everything? 一课,导入之后可设计以下几个阅读形式: 观察图片,回答老师提出的指导性问题;出示问题,快速浏览以了解文章大意;再次阅读,完成表格以捕捉具体信息。学生们在教师设计的层层递进的阅读活动中,思想高度集中以迎接一个个挑战。在整个阅读过程中,还可以播放一段舒缓的音乐,营造轻松的氛围。由此,学生的阅读兴趣得以充分的保持,为完成阅读后任务奠定了坚实的基础。
最后,还要创设丰富的展示平台,升华学生的阅读兴趣。每个人都渴望有所成就,受人重视和关注。这种思想在学生身上,便体现为希望自己的点滴成功能引起老师和同学们的注意。当自己的成功得到老师的表扬、同学的赞许时便产生成功感,信心大增,兴趣盎然,情不自禁地想更上一层楼。教师要充分抓住学生的这一心理特点,创设各种平台,让学生展示自己的阅读成果和收获。比如,我们鼓励学生订阅《二十一世纪小学生英语报》等英文报刊,让学生设置“英语采蜜本”,定期进行英语读报摘抄交流;班级墙报栏设置“英语读书明星榜”,让学生将自己阅读过的英语书名登记在“明星榜”上,定期评出英语读书明星;利用每节课的值日报告时间,安排了Story Time, Daily News, Fun Time等栏目,让学生利用课前的两三分钟介绍自己阅读英语的故事、新闻、笑话等;在班级设置英文“班级寄语”,鼓励学生收集、学习英语名人名言,让他们把自己学到的英语名人名言抄到班级寄语栏里,并由他(她)当小老师在课前领读。所以,学完Helen Keller 一课,当你听到全班同学课前在某位学生的带领下大声诵读 Face to the sunlight, you’ll never see the shadow( 只要面对阳光,你就永远见不到阴影。)时,不必惊讶。那是学生们在朗读海伦恺勒的名句呢!所有这一切都让学生们体验到了 “我阅读,我快乐!” “我能读,我骄傲!” 阅读成了他们的内在需求。
二、英语阅读教学应与课外阅读活动相结合
成功的英语教学要依赖大量的语言材料和语言实践,要学好英语没有足够的语言输入量是不行的。然而,在多年的教学实践中,我们感到小学阶段学生接触和使用语言的时空受到一定的限制。《国家英语课程标准》也提出:“要组织生动活泼的课外活动,促进学生的英语学习,拓宽学生学习和运用英语的渠道。” 因此,开展课外英语阅读活动,为学生提供大量的接触英语语料的机会,对增强他们的语感、丰富他们的知识、了解中西方文化差异,进而提高他们的英语阅读能力起着十分重要的作用。
但是,小学生词汇量小,文法又不甚了解,阅读能力毕竟有限。因此所读材料不能脱离他们的实际,而且材料所反映的背景知识也应为小学生所能接受。否则阅读效果无法令人满意。而把英语阅读活动和教材内容和校园热点相结合,效果就会好得多 。比如,四月是“校园读书节”。整个校园都弥漫着浓浓的书香气息。恰逢近期的教材内容都是介绍古今中外的一些名人故事。教师可结合“校园读书节”,开展“读好书,和伟人交朋友”的英语课外阅读活动。让学生课后读名人的故事,并将阅读成果制作成“The Great Man I Know” 的Project. 他们读爱迪生、居里夫人、罗斯福、贝多芬、雷锋、姚明等等中外名人的故事。也可以小组为单位共同阅读某一名人的故事,把自己所了解的有关某位名人的点滴故事合作制作成Project. 所有这一切为他们提供了自主学习、合作交流的机会和充分表现自我的空间。可以想象,当孩子们看到自己的作品登上了年级墙报的 “大雅之堂”时,内心该是多么骄傲和自豪啊!
三、英语阅读教学应与英语阅读策略指导相结合
《国家英语课程标准》已经把学习策略的研究规定为基础教育阶段英语课程的主要目标之一。据笔者观察,造成小学生英语阅读水平低下的重要原因之一就是学生未能掌握和使用适当的阅读策略。因此,在教学中渗透阅读学习策略的指导和训练是提高小学英语阅读教学效益的又一重要任务。
首先,安排适当的课时开设英语阅读课训练学生掌握多种阅读方法。比如,有计划、有目的地进行视读训练,帮助学生养成不出声、不动笔、用眼浏览读书的习惯,每节课都规定学生用几分钟时间视读一篇文章并回答问题。这样可以大大缩短文字转换为信息的时间,有助于学生建构文章的意义,提高阅读效率;又如,通过限时阅读活动进行略读训练。在指导阅读〈二十一世纪小学生英语报〉时,就注意引导学生抓住标题及小标题;阅读短文时,则抓住文章的起首句和结尾段落;又如,〈小标准英语〉小学五、六年级的教材有很多内容都牵涉到特殊疑问句,我们就训练学生带着问题的特征,有针对性地进行检索阅读,有目的有意义地寻找,跳过一些不必要的细节,这样有助于在短时间内较容易地解答问题。
然后,根据不同的问题进行阅读方法的指导。比如,在学习〈新标准英语〉三年级起点第八册的His Name Was Louise Brilla等传记类的文章时,就引导学生以时间为线索阅读文章;对故事类的文章,就引导学生抓住主要内容和重要信息如When______, Where______, Who_____, What_______, How_______,Why______等,学生根据这些词在文章中寻找相关信息,比较容易地理解了文章内容。
四、英语阅读教学应与“说”、“写”技能培养相结合。
语言学家的研究证明:儿童语言能力的发展是综合的整体的发展,听说读写各项能力是相互制约、相互促进的。每一项能力的发展滞后,都会影响到其他能力的进一步发展。阅读只是一种语言输入,最终应该形成语言输出,阅读才有意义。否则,阅读就成了图书收藏了。而“说”和“写”是语言输出的主要形式。因此,在阅读教学中,教师应合理设计教学活动,采用各种手段引导学生“以读促说、以读促写”。比如,学习 A Visit to UN 一课,在“读后活动”这一阶段,设计这么一份练习:

需要说明的是,教师在让学生完成“读”、“写”训练时,要考虑到学生的现有知识水平,不要把难度定得太高,否则会让学生望而却步。像上述这样的读写训练,因为有了前面的阅读输入,又有范例可仿写,写作的任务又设计得很巧妙。学生们“言之有物”,各抒己见,争先恐后地上台代表自己的国家发言。既很好地锻炼了口头表达能力,有训练了本课的重点句型“I want to…”,收到了很好的效果。
总之,只要持之以恒,注意将小学英语的阅读教学和激发阅读兴趣、开展课外阅读活动、进行阅读策略指导和培养“说”“写”技能相结合,小学生的英语阅读潜能将会得到充分的挖掘,阅读能力也将大大地提高。

2 There is another aspect of flying we must now know about, that is flying speeds. There are, in fact, tow kinds of speed: the ground speed, which is the actual speed of the plane in relation to the ground, and the air speed, which is the speed relative to the air. 『叁』 小学英语教师的感动成长
时光飞逝,岁月如流。仔细回味,充满着生机和活力的小学英语已经陪我走过了又一个年头。我也已经不知不觉完成了一年的小学英语工作。在这一年里,我付出辛劳,收获成功,与我的学生们一起品尝了成长的苦与乐。回过头,我终于欣然发现,在蹒跚学步的过程中,原来收获颇丰。
本学期,每个英语教师都是在忙碌中渡过的。我担任五、六年级的英语教学工作。但我力求在教学中做到扎实,有效,让每个学生都有所收益,上好每一节课,带好每一个学生。现将本学期的学科教学工作总结如下:
一、思想方面:
本人热爱教育事业,坚持党的基本原则、教育方针贯彻。思想上严于律己,热爱党的教育事业以党员的要求来约束自己,鞭策自己。对自己要求更为严格,力争在思想上、工作上在同事、学生的心目中树立起榜样的作用。一学期来,积极参加各类政治业务学习,如:学习党的“十七大”精神等。努力提高自己的政治水平和业务水平,配合领导和老师们做好校内外的各项工作。遵守学校的规章制度。学习和研究新课程标准、理念、观点,注重在教学实践中的灵活应用,理论联系实践,研究学生的学习情况。认真学习新的教育理论,及时更新教育理念。
二、在教学工作方面
首先我认识到了几个问题:
1、刚学英语的时候,学生对英语这门课程充满好奇,喜欢学习、模仿。但是,我发现自从小学读了两年后,好奇心逐渐减弱。随着学习难度的增加,学生产生了消极情感,没有兴趣,甚至厌学。
2、面对一些整体学生进行教学的态度误区。对学生学习英语的要求过于严格,不能注意到学生的差异性,没有发现他们接受语言的快慢程度,最终导致有的学生吃得饱,有的学生吃不饱。吃不饱的那部分学生就会产生以下情绪:上课或讲练习的时候,就会马虎,注意力不集中。
3、在有些知识点讲过后,有的甚至操练了多遍,反反复复强调了,学生仍没有掌握。就责怪学生,并因此加强反复训练。于是在责怪声中,在枯燥的联系中,学生的学习兴趣消失了。
我体会到:学生学习语言的能力是因人而异的。有差别是正常的,要教好每一个学生,但不能要求每一个学生都一样、一个模式,不能要求学生都按一个模式去发展,而是开发学生不同的潜能,发展学生学英语的各方面能力。而且教师可根据不同学生之间的差异去因材施教。
首先,我能尊循教学环节,课前认真备课,不但能备好教学内容,更能做到备好学生,备好作业和课堂练习,以便更好地进行因材施教;从激发学生的兴趣入手。教师在英语教学中,让学生做到听、说、读、写并举,眼、耳、口、鼻、脑并用,是激发学生学好英语的关键。学生的学习类型是有差异的。而没有学习兴趣的差异更大;学生的喜爱也不一样,有的喜欢听说法,就是一直看着老师,听老师说,很少看书本;有的喜欢阅读法,就是一直盯着书本看,很少看老师或黑板。因此,必须运用多元化的教学方法,激发每个学生的学习兴趣,能让他们喜欢英语。
其次,在课堂教学中尽量使用英语,适当利用母语;利用直观教具、动作、表情和玩游戏等方法吸引学生,让学生乐于学习。而且,教学中必须做到让学生明白,会用,反复练习句型和单词,提高水平,进行生动活泼的开放式的课堂教学,使学生从愉快的情景中学到知识,从而提高学生对英语科的学习兴趣,提高了教学效果。所以在课堂教学中要特别注意学生的兴趣的培养。在课堂上,我首先让学生明白每课的句型结构,懂得它的规律,学会用学过的单词使用新句型对话。每课讲授完后,要求学生必须读熟,会默写单词,会做基本的对话练习。英语的学习是狠抓句型及单词,因此,每天早上要求学生抽出一定时间开口读英语,锻炼口语能力,熟悉课文。在班级选出读音规范的科代表,由教师指导培养好科代表。而且教师经常巡视和抽测,使学生不知不觉巩固所学习的单词;要求每节课前学生听写十个单词,必须做到完全正确。既要学习新知识,又要巩固旧知识,得到两面照顾,不能松懈。
最后,帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯。

“学海无涯”,在信息时代,作为一名教师,终身学习尤为重要。我常常不满自身现状,不断提高自身的专业理论和教学能力。我还积极响应,参加各项教师活动。除此之外,业余时间我还读了许多书和杂志,英语知识等各方面均取得长足进步。
四、工作考勤方面:

一、引言阅读在听、说、读、写四项技能中占有重要地位。2001年颁布的英语课程标准对小学英语教学的阅读目标也提出了明确的要求。但是,在当前的小学英语教学中,侧重听与说的训练而忽视阅读教学的现象普遍存在。实际上,小学生从学英语的第一天起就开始了他们的英语阅读经历。如果在此阶段适当地开展阅读教学,对巩固学生已学的单词和句型,增强其语感,以及激发其学习英语的兴趣都具有重要意义。那么,如何在小学阶段开展阅读教学呢?笔者认为,分享阅读是一种适合小学低年级开展英语阅读教学的有效方法。分享阅读法(shared reading)是教师(或家长)与学生一起利用学生喜爱的故事书,通过互动式阅读活动,分享阅读快乐的阅渎教学方法。为了使所有参与分享阅读的学生都能看到并喜欢故事书中的文字和插图,故事书的尺寸设计得较大,所以分享阅读又被称为“大书阅读”。分享阅读已成为国外儿童开展早期阅读活动的主要方式。二、分享阅读的意义1.从“听故事、讲故事”过渡到“读故事”故事教学在小学英语教学中越来越受到教师和学生的喜爱。但是,目前故事教学大多局限于培养学生的听说能力,用于对学生进行阅读训练的则很少。分享阅读强调在阅读活动中,当教师为学生大声朗读故事时,所有参与阅读的学生都能看见故事书中的文字与插图。分享阅读教学的目的之一就是培养学生的文字意识,帮助学生熟悉所学语言的结构,不断提高学生的识词技能。这种教学方式旨在通过训练,让学生从被动地听别人讲故事,到逐步地参与到阅读中,最终逐步过渡到自己主动读故事。2.体会阅读的乐趣阅读首先是“为了得到乐趣,为了获取信息”兴趣的培养对小学生学好英语尤为重要。如果让学生阅读一些与其年龄特征不相符或学生不感兴趣的材料,不仅会加重学生学习的负担和压力,还会使他们产生厌学情绪。因此,用于阅读教学的材料必须符合小学生的心理特点,并且应是小学生感兴趣的内容。用于分享阅读的材料一般都是配图故事书。在这些故事书中,每一段文字都有与之相对应的图画,以充分体现该段文字的内容。而且这些图画的颜色五彩缤纷,内容夸张而有趣,人物生动又可爱,加之图画丰富的背景内容,易于激发小学生极大的阅读兴趣。3.有助于学生学会阅读小学生的词汇量少,知识面较窄,语法知识欠缺,阅读故事时会有一定的困难。因此,要开展阅读教学,重要的是让学生学会阅读。所谓学会阅读就是掌握阅读的技能和养成阅读的习惯。在阅读教学之初,教师可以边用手指着书中的单词,边为学生朗读,引导学生注意每一个单词的词形,并读出单词。这样,学生就可以在听故事的过程中,尝试把自己听到的音和看到的形式一对应起来,从而意识到每一个词形都有一个独特的发音,词形和词音之间存在匹配关系。同时,教师读到适当的地方停下来,引导学生通过书中插图来猜测单词的词义,训练学生的阅读策略。4.培养思维能力在阅读故事之前,教师可以鼓励学生通过观察故事书的封面想像和猜测故事可能会讲述什么内容。在阅读中,教师可以在适当的地方停顿一下,设置开放性的问题让学生猜测故事情节的发展,培养其想像力。5.发展其它语言技能分享阅读中的阅读大多是朗读。例如,教师为学生朗读故事,教师与学生一起朗读故事,以及学生自己朗读故事等。大量的朗读能够促进学生听力和口语能力的提高。此外,教师可以就故事内容进行提问,引导学生猜测故事情节,使学生在回答问题中发展其听、说能力。阅读之后,为了增强阅读的效果,教师可以设计一些诸如改变故事结局、改写故事、画图并写话等活动,训练学生的写作能力。三、如何开展分享阅读教学1.选择阅读的故事对阅读材料的选择是非常关键的,一定要遵循趣味性、适宜性和匹配性的原则(胡澄宜,2005)。最好是选择~些原版故事,因为其语言地道,插图精美,但是原版书一般都较昂贵,而且很难与现行教材的内容相匹配。因此,我们鼓励教师根据教材内容自编故事,并通过PowerPoint呈现,效果也很好。2.分享阅读的教学实践3.课后活动的延伸学生阅读了3-4个故事后,教师可以让学生再次反复阅读其中一个故事,留意之前没有注意到的学习内容,从而帮助学生扩大词汇量,加深其对故事的理解。在开展课后活动之前,教师要有意识地讲解阅读技巧,以提高学生的阅读能力。更多关于学习英语阅读的方法有效的阅读是学好英语的关键大学英语四级快速阅读技巧研究初中生英语阅读能力的培养

小学英语教师个人工作总结
2010已经从我们指缝间不经意地溜走,一百多个孤军奋战的日子也随之画上了句号。不管这个句号是否圆满,只要尽力,就不后悔。为了更好地做好今后的工作,总结经验、吸取教训,现将本学期的工作做如下总结:
一、思想方面:
本人坚持党的四项基本原则,全面贯彻教育教学方针。认真学习《教育法》、《教师法》、《中小学教师日常规范》。积极参加学校的政治理论学习,及时记笔记。注重学生的思想政治教育,坚持把思想政治教育贯穿于教学活动之中。我积极参加各种学习培训。时时做到教书育人、言传身教、为人师表,以自己的人格、行为去感染学生。作为一名教师自身的师表形象要时刻注意,我在注意自身师表形象的同时非常重视对学生的全面培养。在工作中,我积极、主动、勤恳、责任性较强。在不断的学习中,努力使自己的思想觉悟、理论水平、业务能力都得到较快的提高。
二、教学方面:
本学期我担任四个年级的英语教学工作。面对这群成绩参差不齐,连读完整句子都有问题的学生,要提高教学质量,关键是上好课,备好课。课前,我认真钻研教材,阅读大量相关材料进行备课;课堂上组织好教学,关注全体学生,注意信息回馈,调动学生学习的积极性,激发学生的学习兴趣,创造良好的课堂气氛,课堂提问面向全体学生,课堂上讲练结合,布置好家庭作业,减轻学生的负担。

要给学生一滴水,老师就要长流水。因此,我不断学习新的知识,掌握现代教学工具的使用方法,还要通过各种媒体获取信息,更好的关注、引导学生成材。我相信只有永远持有一颗上进心,我的教学技巧才会不断翻新,我的英语知识水平才会更加牢实深博。
