My father is an electronic engineer and my mother is a teacher of English. I completed elementary, junior and senior high school in Taiyuan. In 1993, I entered Shanghai Jiaotong University and graated in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in computer science. Since then I have been working as a computer programmer in Shanghai Wanda Company.
Influenced by my father, I've been interested in electronics since I was quite young. I love breaking down and reassembling little gadgets in spare time as well. I still remember that I made a portable transistor radio by myself in junior high school. And I made it a part-time job repairing TV sets and radios for neighbours in senior high.
Since childhood, I've been taught by my parents to make friends with people around and always keep good manners in public. Besides, I learn the importance of helping people out when they need it most by doing my part-time job.
Besides, I like sports very much and I am physically well.
Of course I do admit that I have some shortcomings. I can be shy when speaking in the presence of large crowds of people. Sometimes I am hesitant in making quick decisions. But I'm sure I will be able to overcome them.

你如果是学生，就答没括号的！有括号的是对事情的社会现实的分析！
如果我是老贝的话，我觉不会用“他”，广告谁都知道，是夸大产品的功能的！也就是个小骗子（相对真的骗子而言的），要骗人，首先要学会骗自己的良心，你认为对于商家而言，你做广告，是找能夸大你产品功能的广告公司，还是只会原原本本说你公司产品性能的广告公司，而“他”应聘的是业务部、发展部主任助理，你认为就“他”那样的性格还能拿到业务吗？
还有一点，“他”缺少逻辑思维能力和分析能力，当老贝说“年轻人，我很欣赏你的诚实，我决定：免试了”，他就应该反应过来了，老贝前面说的话都是假的，是面试应聘者是否诚实的一部分，根本就没必要去问戴维关于老贝女儿的事！你认为这种智商去跟那般比猴子还精的商家谈广告业务，你能拿到的广告费会很多吗？
所以，综合上面的老贝用人情况对老贝进行分析：
1.老贝虽然很强，但都只是个人能力，在用人方面更是个白痴！
2.老贝为什么要用诚实的人呢，逆向思维一下，估计他是经常骗人，所以才会害怕自己会被人骗！还有一种情况就是自己老被人骗，害怕再被骗！（不过这种可能很小，经常骗人的人智商一般都很高）。
3.经常骗人的人素质有多高，我想不用我说你也知道。估计老贝以前招的人智商都是他那个高等级的或许更高，时间久了就会看穿老贝的人格，老贝就丧失了领导魅力，就不愿意和老贝一起打天下了，离开老贝！高级人才的走对老贝公司来说，是一个很大的损失，当老贝不知自省，还以为是人家欺骗背叛了他，所以要找一个诚实的人！（其实这还有一个情况，就是老贝反省了，找一个IQ低的，自己就算骗他，他也不知道，还帮你努力赚钱！不过这种情况很小，任何老板都不会和钱过不去，招一个诚实的人弄你的骗子广告业务，你认为他会帮你赚到很多钱吗？所以这种情况舍去）
