《成功需要一颗快乐的心来支撑》讲述了和田一夫在商界的大起大落。在陷入低谷的时候，他没有绝望与放弃。他以乐观的心看世界，年老也磨灭不了他的意志、理想。他在这时敢于挑战自己的未知领域，终于他又爬起来了，成为了全日本最大的零售集团的总裁。他的成功除了他的能力还需要领一种东西——乐观。他的阳光日记也同样是他成功的法宝。以乐观的心看世界一切都会无比美妙不会有失败，就算失败也可以站起来！
《漏掉的三好生》则讲述了一段老师与学生的故事，写出了老师对学生的爱。在“三好学生”评比会上一位同学被一些学生戏弄了，上台领奖状。（其实他并不是“三好学生”）这时的他尴尬万分，不知如和是好。正当这时，他的班主任出来了，说：“瞧我这记性，他也是‘三好学生’。”这才给那他接了围，让他不在同学面前出丑，而伤害他的自尊，老师宁可让自己受领导批评也不让同学受伤害，他真令我敬佩！
《有人真的想炸月球》这名字听起来就让人感到新奇，月球与地球是好邻居，炸什么炸？我带着疑问读了起来。原来美国、俄罗斯早在19世纪就想炸月球了，还搞出了一大堆的理由出来。我读着开始着急起来，夜色正是有了月亮才那没宁静，月亮没了，晚上咋办啊？再往下看我又吓了一跳——月亮炸毁后，会变成许多碎石到时候地球可遭殃了，更可怕的是用核弹头炸月亮会造成宇宙核污染，后果不堪设想！我吓了一大跳，还好现在月亮还挂在天上。作者用那颇显幽默的语言说出了自己的观点，这值得我们学习！
