1、书虫是属一个不错的选择，难度适中，故事有趣不枯燥，而且是由名著改编而来，算得上是精华，在书包里揣一本读读看不错的，而且书虫还有相关光盘，里面的发音语速适中，也很标准哦。
2、如果水平稍高一些的可以试着读一读用词较为简单的英文原著，比如老人与海等等。
3、可以挑一些英文诗集来读，试着自己去直接感受英语的美，而不是对照译本。比如可以看沙与沫，纪伯伦的。

数学…这个我基答本上没买过，《点拨》我买过一本，挺好的。练习册：《全程训练》
你们英语是什么版的？仁爱版的话，建议买配套教辅，其他的，我就不清楚了。有的书是专门的英语听力训练，不妨买一本。
物理：《教材解读与拓展》，我买了一本化学，发现内容很系统，物理应该也不错吧练习册：《前沿课时设计》，《5年中考3年模拟》

其实你可以自己在书店看，找出适合自己的一种，现在教辅书很多，一个人也不知道多少教辅，所以自己去看更保险。

2、词汇量的丰富 你可以去买一本大学英语四级的词汇书，基本上现在高中的词汇量和四级差不多。
3、多做练习 在这个阶段，就靠你自己多看书，提高阅读能力；多做题，提高写作水平了。
