随着期末考试的结束,本学期的教学工作也步 入尾声。在这个学期中,我们顺利地完成了六年级下册的英语教学。在学期刚开始时,我所面临的问题,不仅是像以往那样,完成本册书的教学;学生这一学期要参加小学生毕业考试,我必须在本册书的教学结束后,拟定一个小学英语的系统的复习计划,根据计划合理地安排自查前的复习工作。六年级的学生对英语学习兴趣整体有所下降,两极分化比较严重。所以本学期以做好后进生的转化工作为主。面向全体学生,以学生的发展为宗旨,始终把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位,注意分层教学,引导学生端正学习态度,掌握良好的学习方法,培养学生良好的学习习惯。学生经过一个学年的英语学习后对英语的学习产生了一定的兴趣,对英语的基本知识与基本技能已有初步的了解。同学们的听力能力、口语表达能力、阅读能力等都得到了相当程度的提高。为此我做了一下工作:
一、认真备课。
不但备学生,而且备教材、备教法。根据教学内容和学生的实际情况,设计课的类型,拟定采用的教学方法,并对教学过程的程序及时间安排都做了详细的记录,认真写好教案。每一课都做到“有备而来”,每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备,课后及时对该课做出总结。
二、增强上课技能,提高教学质量。
在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性,加强师生交流,充分体现学生学得容易,学得轻松,觉得愉快,注意精神,培养学生多动口动手动脑的能力。
三、认真批改作业,布置作业有针对性,有层次性。
对学生的作业批改及时,认真分析并记录学生的作业情况,将他们在作业过程中出现的问题做出分类总结,进行透切的讲评,并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法,做到有的放矢。
四、做好课后辅导工作,注意分层教学。
在课后,为不同层次的学生进行相应的辅导,以满足不同层次的学生的需求,同时加大了对学困生的辅导的力度。对学困生的辅导,并不限于学生知识性的辅导,更重要的是学生思想的辅导,提高学困生的成绩,首先解决他们的心结,让他们意识到学习的重要性和必要性,使之对学习萌发兴趣。这样,学困生的转化,就由原来的简单粗暴、强制学习转化到自觉的求知上来。
五、、存在的问题:
1、在复习阶段,大部分学生在课堂上的学习状态是积极的,但是有少数学生由于紧张而繁重的复习没有更多地关注到他们的课堂学习情况,也没有尽最大的努力引导他们抓紧课堂的每一分钟。于是,为了让他们取得进步,我们的做法却是进行“课后辅导”,增加师生的负担 。
2.在复习阶段,由于复习的内容涉及到三、四、五、六年级的内容,内容量多,在处理内容方面还存在一些不足。如,五、六年级的内容应该为主,三、四年级的内容应该根据学生的能力进行选择(对大部分同学来讲,三、四年级的内容较简单,可应付)。五、六年级的单词、句型都是重中之重,内容较多,不可能面面俱到。但是,老师在这时候应发挥应有的作用。为学生理顺知识结构,如,更有条理地进行句型分类。另外,不应该为了应付考试,就忽略了英语作为一种语言的交际性,听、说、读和写尽可能兼顾,这样,才能充分体现本套教材的教学目的。同时,听和说是学生在英语学习中最感兴趣的部分,因此,复习阶段,值得运用听和说的活动继续培养学生的学习兴趣,将复习课的枯燥乏味变为生动活泼。
六.采取的措施:
1、以活动为课堂教学的主要形式,设计丰富多彩的教学活动,让学生在乐中学、学中用,从而保证学生英语学习的可持续性发展。
2、通过听、说、读、写、唱、游、演、画、做等形式,进行大量的语言操练和练习。
3、设计全面、高效的课外作业,培养学生良好的书写习惯,做到整洁、规范、正确地书写。
4.在往后的教学中,我要更积极地思考转化后进生的方法。如,在复习阶段,针对复习内容,运用竞争机制,在后进生的小圈子内进行内部竞争,激发他们上进的积极性。
总之,在本学期的教学工作中,我能够紧紧围绕新课改的要求,贯彻落实新课标,以学生为主体,以人为本开展各项工作,效果也还不错,但这远远不够,教学是漫无边际的,在以后的教学工作中,我将不断总结经验和教训,发挥优势,改善不足,虚心谨慎,扬长避短,争取更上一层楼。
小学六年级英语期末工作总结二:
时光飞逝,岁月如流。我也已经不知不觉完成了一学期的小学英语工作。本学期,我担任六年级的英语教学工作。我力求在教学中做到扎实,有效,让每个学生都有所收益,上好每一节课,带好每一个学生。现将本学期的学科教学工作总结如下:
一、学情分析:
六年级共有47人,男27人,女20人。本班学生英语基础较好,对英语学科较感兴趣。但有些学生英语基础相对比较薄弱,对于一些简单的单词和语法不理解,在记忆上有一定的困难。尤其是语法上面只有个别同学能理解外,其他同学都没有学习的兴趣。
二、取得的成绩:
首先,我能尊循教学环节,课前认真备课。在英语教学中,让学生做到听、说、读、写并举,眼、耳、口、鼻、脑并用,是激发学生学好英语的关键。其次,在课堂教学中尽量使用英语,适当利用母语;利用直观教具、动作、表情和玩游戏等方法吸引学生,让学生乐于学习。而且,教学中必须做到让学生明白,会用,反复练习句型和单词,提高水平,进行生动活泼的开放式的课堂教学,使学生从愉快的情景中学到知识,从而提高学生对英语科的学习兴趣,进而提高教学效果。在课堂上,我首先让学生明白每课的句型结构,懂得它的规律,学会用学过的单词使用新句型对话。每课讲授完后,要求学生必须读熟,会默写单词,会做基本的对话练习。英语的学习是狠抓句型及单词,因此,每天早上要求学生利用英语自习开口读英语,锻炼口语能力,熟悉课文。既要学习新知识,又要巩固旧知识,得到两面照顾,不能松懈。最后,帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯。
三、教学中存在的不足:
在时态的综合运用中,经常出现混淆,五年级下学期的重点时态现在进行时没有掌握,一般将来时和一般现在时,学生掌握情况都很好,但三个时态放在一起,就不知所措。
四、针对不足采取的措施:
本学期通过大量的练习还是有个别学生不能正确灵活运用,下学期在学习一般过去时时还要不断复习,比较,使学生熟练正确运用所学语言。
五、今后努力的方向:
在今后的教育教学工作中,我将更严格要求自己,不断总结经验和教训发扬优点,改正缺点,虚心谨慎,扬长避短,我在做好各项教育教学工作的同时,严格遵守学校的各项规章制度

一、思想政治工作
继续搞好思想政治学习,认真学习教育教学理论知识,提高自身的政治素养和法律意识。坚持依法执教,廉洁从教。
二、教学工作
1、本学期我担任了三至六年级的英语教学工作。六年级英语要求学生能够保持对英语的学习兴趣,并能用简单的英语表达自己的意思,能够看图说话,简单的写作。我根据各班学生的身心素质和学习水平,以及新课标要求,学期初,我就让学生自定目标,自我加压,让学生在自己身边找榜样,结对子。在平时的学习中,相互帮助,相互合作,以优带后,共同进步。使其增强了竞争意识与合作学习的能力,同时也激发了学生学习英语的兴趣。
2、由于六年级的学生已经有了一定的学习自觉性和自我管理能力,大部分学生能够坚持每天读英语,已经养成了良好的学习习惯。
但也有一部分学生没能坚持下来,缺乏必要的监督。英语作为一种语言要多在实际中运用,因此,除了课堂练习外,还需要让学生在平常生活中多读、多讲、多练。因此,我在班上设了英语领读员和纪律监督员,早读课上坚持到班了解早读情况,发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业有问题及时进行讲解;让学生及时消化。另外,对部分不自觉的同学还采取“一对一”的监督方式,确保他们不落后,提高他们的朗读和默写能力。
3、在批改作业方面,我要求学生的课堂作业能够及时完成。我也按时地批改,并详细地做好批注。对学生存在的普遍性错误,在全班重点讲解、分析;针对个别学生的个别错误,就采取面批方法,单独地讲解,帮助学生解决疑难习题,提高教学质量。
4、在教学过程中老师是教学的领导者和参与者。讲求方法,丰富课堂是教师在整个教学过程中首要的任务。上课内容丰富,现实,讲课生动,难易适中照顾全部,就自然能够吸引住学生。所以,老师每天都要有充足的精神,让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样,授课就事半功倍。回顾自己的授课,我感到有点愧疚,因为个别时候我并不能很好地做到这点。当学生在课堂上无心学习,思想开小差时,我的情绪就会受到影响,并且把这带到教学中,让原本正常的讲课受到冲击,发挥不到应有的水平,以致影响教学效果。我觉得,以后要采取有利方法解决课堂中的问题,努力做到认真备课,不但备学生,而且备教材、备教法。

1、无法照顾到全体学生,设计适合所有学生的教学方式。
2、对学生的实际理解能力估计不足,或考虑不周。我在平时的训练中,只注意了一部分学生的情况,没能充分考虑学生的个体因素。盲目的认为已经是六年级的学生了,学习的自觉性已经非常高了,有能力自己解决问题了,而忽视了对学生出错的问题及时纠正和放松了对他们的督促。在平时的教学过程中,我总是强调对学生自觉学习的习惯的培养,对他们抱有过高的估计和评价,因而没有对其具体的学习情况和效果做出及时准确的验证和审查。
3、对待优生的培优不是很到位。考试前一段时间,由于主客观因素,我把精力过多地放在了补差上,对班内的数名优生的辅导没能落到实处,有待下个学期加强。
由于每一位教师尤其英语教师,大家都在不断的改善和创新自己的教学,难免会有失败和弯路。不过我坚信,只有通过不断的创新和实践才能有进步,才能不断完善自己的教育教学,以上就是我一学期来的教学总结和感想。在今后的教学工作中,我会努力填补自己在教
