报一个学习班。苦学！多做题。多卖书，不要只做1本，多见题型。看一下英语报
1,要想阅读理解能力提高,首先词汇量一定要过关!最基本的是要把中考要求的词汇都背出来(各种用法也要记,要不然放到文章只会断章取义),如果你有足够精力的话,还可以试着背一些提高性的词汇(比如:高考词汇等)
2,接着是要进行大量的阅读理解训练,记住:每次做阅读理解的时候,一定要保持大脑清醒.因为阅读理解这种东西是要你全身心投入的,否则做了等于没做,没效果.训练的时候要掐好时间,让自己熟练考试的感觉.到了一定程度,还可以练习自己的快速阅读,诸如此类都对自己有帮助
3,要注重积累,建议每天做2篇阅读理解,英语是靠日积月累的,只要你有足够的毅力,总会见成效的.
步骤
第一、加大词汇量，这样读起来才会势如破竹，一气呵成。若生词太多，自然会磕磕跘跘，走不了太快。
第二、阅读中最忌讳的是一个字一个字地去读，那样又慢又差。正确的方法是用眼去抓句子的大致结构（意群阅读法）。还记得前面那个长难句吗？郭老师并没有孤零零地去看每一个词，而是先找到了it后面的主句，前头的if句虽然很长，只不过是个状语而已。而在主句中，我又抓住了它的主语that only the most advanced electronic filtering gives any chance of success和谓语can be seen。这种提纲挈领的读法，不仅可以使速度加快，更可以使准确率提高。
第三，考试前一天晚上的充足睡眠十分重要，可以在考场上保持敏锐、清醒的头脑，这对提高速度和专注精力大有裨益！ 阅读的步骤也十分重要。许多考生拿到文章之后从头读起，读完再去一个一个选答案。这种方法十分传统，叫整体阅读法。其优点是可以有一种全局感或整体感。缺点是文章太长，读后细节记不住，再去找答案又费劲又容易出错，许多细节都混淆在一起了，得分经常不高。查找阅读法：读完第一段就做第一题。然后看第二个问题问的什么，带着这个问题去看第二段，然后是第三段、第四段，依此类推。（注意，有一种问题可能此方法不太适用，那就是：主旨性问题）。查找式阅读法虽然把文章看得支离破碎，但得分往往很高，因为你刚看一段就去做一道题，这样记得住细节，抓得很准，广大考生不妨一试！
2．养成“成组视读”习惯
为了加快阅读速度，要养成“成组视读’’的习惯，要训练“扫视”意群、短语、句子甚至段落的能力，逐步改变一眼只看一个单词的习惯。同时，要避免指读、顿读、出声读、回读等不良阅读习惯。
3．养成计时阅读习惯
每次进行5至10分钟，不宜太长。要从阅读心理和阅读能力等方面确定阅读时间。长期坚持，阅读速度会大大加快。

4. 初中英语阅读理解答题的技巧和方法
我任教英语10多年了，关于英语阅读理解的解题技巧，要抓住两个个重点。
1、词汇方面：词汇是英语学习的基础。
很多学生反映，在阅读过程中觉得有些单词非常面熟，可却不知道是什么意思，所以整篇文章理解起来记忆不知所云，造成阅读障碍。如果考试大纲要求记忆的词汇没有掌握的话，在通篇理解文章时就会困难重重。高效阅读的方法需要训练，是一种眼脑相互协调的高效率学习方法，一般情况下，培养阅读者直接把视觉器官感知的文字符号转换成意义，消除头脑中潜在的发声现象，形成眼脑直映，结合记忆训练，用以提高学习效率。
由于大家平时对快速阅读接触不多，可以通过直接训练，训练大脑和眼睛的协调能力，去年，有学者推荐《精英特全脑速读记忆软件》作为假期学生学习计划中，以为软件练习30个小时就能使阅读速度提高5-10倍左右，学习每天练习1-2个小时，两个星期就能取得很好的效果，普通人300字每分钟左右的阅读速度会达到3000字每分钟的阅读速度，记忆力也相应的快速提升。这个建议得到了中央教科所心理研究室原主任、多年从事脑心理研究的专家朱法良的高度认可，目前我们学习很多班级开展的假期速读速记训练课程，用的就是《精英特全脑速读记忆软件》
2、为了节省时间在做阅读的时候应该切忌：
（1）阅读时不要逐字逐句的翻译，这样会导致阅读速度的降低，要快速阅读整篇文章，把握文章大意。
（2）不要一句话反复阅读，即阅读时碰到一时不理解的句子就一遍一遍地沉浸在阅读那个句子当中，反复琢磨。其实完全没有必要，因为要选对答案并不意味着对原文的每个句子都要读懂，抓住一些重点句子就够了，正确的做法是，以理解整个段落和整篇文章为主，在涵盖出题点的句子上用心捉摸。上文中提到的《精英特速读记忆》，超级速读训练同时就顺带训练了记忆，而超级记忆部分的思维导图对全面阅读文章后，抓出文章脉络和重点有良好的作用。所以建议大家可以尝试着学习一下。
