第一：英语的基础是单词，要多记多背，记忆单词的方法有很多种，可以在阅读中记忆单词，这样既不乏味也记得牢。像语法、翻译、答题技巧等主要就是通过课上习得的，所以一定要专心，课后要学会总结、归纳、理解记忆、做题实战运用。如果语法太差，可以买一本语法书攻克一下。
第二：提高英语阅读理解能力。英语阅读是比较重要的一个环节，英语阅读理解最好能做到每天至少练习一篇。英语阅读理解能力简单的说就是：通过快速的阅读文章、材料，快速的提取段落、文章的脉络和重点，促进整理归纳分析，提高做题效率。快速阅读是一种高效的阅读方法，其原理在于激活“眼、脑”的潜能，培养和提高阅读速度、整体感知、归纳理解、注意力集中等方面的能力，对应于阅读理解方面的帮助很大。快速阅读的练习可以参考《精英特全脑速读记忆训练》。掌握快速阅读后，可以快速的对文章的关键信息进行提取，提高做题效率和准确性，同时可节约大量的时间，做到游刃有余。
做英语阅读理解的时候要注意：阅读时不要逐字逐句的翻译，也不要一句话反复阅读，即阅读时碰到一时不理解的句子就一遍一遍地沉浸在阅读那个句子当中，反复琢磨。其实完全没有必要，因为要选对答案并不意味着对原文的每个句子都要读懂，抓住一些重点句子就够了，正确的做法是，以理解整个段落和整篇文章为主，在涵盖出题点的句子上用心捉摸。
第三：英语写作，写作是一个综合的东西，单词、语法、阅读都是基础，有了前面的积淀，平时再多加练习，写作就不是问题了。时间允许的话可以一天写一篇，最糟糕也要一周练习一篇。
第四：听力。要想练好听力，首先，要选择适当的语音材料：①所选语音材料必须地道、原汁原味；②所选语音材料应尽可能包罗万象，涵盖不同领域、不同话题，既要有正式用语，又要有日常会话；③材料应从简单的入手，逐渐增加难度。其次，听得方法：①利用零碎时间，这种听法要求你连贯地、不重复地听取大量语音材料，不需要听懂每一句话，只需听个大概就行。②抽出一段专门的时间，集中精力全神贯注地去听。这种听法不要求你听太多的内容，但务必要听懂每一句话，把握每一个细节。

61题中的抄meat是一个关键，他出现在这袭一句：We Americans are unwilling to dive into the meat of an e-mail，大意就是我们美国人不喜欢这个电子邮件里的meat，由此可见美国人写邮件的时候就不会这么写，这句话之后就是一个美国人怎么写的例子，包含了ABC三项，可见D是答案。还有一处印证，在You won't find any mention of kids or the weather or jellyfish in Euromail. It's all business.这里的business同D选项是一个东西。
63题选C出自这句话but I'm fed up with an inbox filled with casual, barely meaningful e-mails from friends and colleagues.这里的but转折前文的那句话，大意时：美国人没有太多要学欧洲人的。这里的转折意思就是写邮件上，我们还是要学的。be fed up with是厌恶的意思，由此可以判断态度。

⑸ 高三英语阅读理解技巧

最好是多做高考题，体验和培养高考阅读理解的那种思维。
重要的还是注意做题的方内法容和数量。
先说方法，一定要先读懂文章，有个别词不懂没关系，高考是会有一定生词量，也没必要个个都认识，但要保证除了那些生词不懂，别的你都可以翻译得差不多。 另外错的题要再回到文章中看，仔细想想为什么答案会这么选；或者一类题可以总结出来一个规律，比如这一类的题总是用这一类的思维考虑，总是选这一类的答案。总之就是尽可能把你的思维训练的和出题人一样。
再说数量，我记得我们那个时候是一天五篇阅读，一定要保证做完、对完答案、把答案分析透。量变达到一定程度才有质变，而且，要总结出“英语阅读高考思维”和“答案规律”，一定要有很多题量作保证！

（在斯克罗奇的办公室，鲍勃试图在蜡烛上烤手）
埃：鲍勃，你在那儿干什么？
鲍：我在烤手呢。这儿好冷啊！
埃：我每周付给你15先令是叫你来烤手的吗？
鲍：斯克罗奇先生，我都快冻僵了。窗子上都结了冰。我的手冷得写不成字了。甚至连我自己写的字我也认不得了。
埃：太冷了没法写字？胡扯！要是工作努力一点，你就不会冷了。把大衣披上！要是再听到你说一个冷字，我就叫你到真正冷的地方去。
鲍：对不起，斯克罗奇先生，嗯……，明天就是圣诞节了。
埃：又怎么啦？我猜，你明天是想放一天假吧？
鲍：先生，如果方便的话。 ′
埃：不方便，也不公平。你一整天都不工作，我却还得付你钱。
鲍：斯克罗奇先生，一年才只一次圣诞节。
埃：每年12月25日就要人家掏腰包，这不是个好借口。不管怎么样，这个钱是得掏给你了。不过，第二天一大清早你就得到办公室来！谁在这儿？是我的侄儿弗雷德呀。
（一个青年人走了进来。）
弗：叔叔，圣诞快乐！上帝保佑你！

埃：侄儿，你用你的方式庆祝圣诞，但让我用我的方式来庆祝。
弗：庆祝圣诞，那就对了！但是，你并没庆祝呀！
埃：不庆祝。那么就不谈庆祝的事吧。但愿圣诞赐福于你！不过，到目前为止你还没有得到赐福呢。瞧，你有多穷！ ！
弗：有许多事情能带给我好处，而不是利益。圣诞节是个好时光，这是一年中唯一的时候，人们不是唯独想到自己，而是自由地敞开心扉去关心别人。因此，尽管圣诞从来没有给我口袋里放过金子或银子，但是我相信圣诞节给我带来过好处，将来还会带给我好处。愿上帝保佑你。来吧，明天同我们一起吃晚饭去！

埃：我的名字是斯克罗奇。我的合伙人在七年前就去世了，正是在这天晚上去世的。
绅：斯克罗齐先生，就在那年的这个欢庆的季节，我们许多人在享受舒适生活的时候，我们想请求你对穷人敞开心扉（大发善心）。他们正经受着极大的苦难。先生，好几千人缺乏基本的必需品，无数的人缺乏基本舒适的生活条件。
埃：难道没有监狱吗？还有联邦作坊呢？
绅：监狱倒是有很多，但是那儿没有温暖呀。我们正在筹款，想给穷人买些肉和饮料，还有取暖的用品。你想不想捐点钱昵？
埃：不，我不能把钱给那些懒人让他们去开心。监狱和类似监狱的地方已经使我们这样老实的纳税人遭受够多的损失了。那些穷鬼应当到那些地方去。
绅：许多人不能去那儿，还有许多人宁愿去死也不想去那儿。
埃：他们要是想死，最好让他们去死。我个人是无所谓的。这不关我的事。我的事就够我忙乎的啦。先生们，再见吧！ （他们都走了。）太好了，他们都走啦！
（斯克罗奇睡着了）
圣：嗬，嗬，嗬！
埃：胡扯些什么呀？鲍勃，是你吗？谁在那儿啦？
