学习英语是抄要坚持不袭懈的，如果是半途而废的话，那么就什么方法都是没用的。精读英语必须从“听”“说”“读”“写”几方面入手。小升初也许是有点压力的，报读一个精读班也是一个明智的选择。至于英语周末班，之前我弟弟在广州宏信英语度过一个阅读精要班，效果很不错，全面提升他的英语和自信，小升初时候英语成绩还不想象中好。

对于英语而言，最重要的是词汇'没有一定的词汇积累量，做完形填空和阅读回理解很吃力。每天坚持背单词答，无论是重点还是非重点都很有用。然后多做阅读理解锻炼阅读能力，我建议先看题目再看短文，效率和准确率会大大提高。最后做完形填空，锻炼逻辑思维，在此过程中可以丰富语法知识。要有点耐心，这是我的经验

I know that I was unsuccessful man in past and now I am an incompetent man in my work , nevertheless I know that the secret of health for both mind and body is not mourn for the past , not to worry about the future , not to anticipate troubles , but to live wisely and earnestly for the present , in other words I should not dwell in the past, not dream of the future uselessly only concentrate my mind on the present moment .

Sometimes I am too naive to communicate with others online . this year I only come to the net to reply my good netfriends letters . 第一篇：

augus突然明白过来，这些人都是运动员。他打开他的比赛程序表，确定刚才那些人说的的三个词都是日程表上的。augus有了计划，首先他需要买一两件东西。

一个小时之后，augus穿着胸前写着“苏格兰”的衣服又出现在体育场外，肩上扛着一圈铁丝。他微笑着，尽可能自然地走到官员面前说道“修栅栏”！（其实fencing在体育项目中是击剑的意思，他以为是让他修栅栏呢，哈哈）

希腊的帕太农神庙是一座有着悠久历史的建筑。它作为祭拜雅典娜女神的神庙修建于2500年前，几千年来，它变为圣母玛丽的教堂，然后清真寺，最终成为一片废墟。整个建筑已看不出原有的样子，很多雕像经过数世纪的洗礼已不成形。到到18世纪，只有大约一半的雕刻作品还保存着先前的模样。

1801到1805年，控制雅典的奥斯曼帝国的英国大使埃尔金公爵，在帝国已知并允许的情况，将剩下的一半雕像全部移走。埃尔金公爵非常喜欢希腊历史并将雕像运回英国。这些雕像在英国伦敦的出现在欧洲公众中引起了轩然大波，引发了研究希腊历史和人文艺术的热潮。1816年，应埃尔金公爵的要求，这些雕像被放到英国国家博物馆展出，从那时起，它们就一直供公众免费参观。

然而从20世纪80年代开始，希腊政府开始向英国讨回所有在英国国家博物馆展出的帕太农神庙雕像，并且向博物馆董事会提出合法化对雕像的所有权。

但是英国国家博物馆坚持这是向世界展示从人来长达200万年辉煌历史的证据。博物馆把这些雕像当作重要的世界文化遗产：这些收藏品的广度和深度让世界大众再次审视不同的文化的共同点，激发他们探索文化之间复杂的内在联系。
