应急事件处理
（1） 突发事件急救。
①热水烫伤立即用冷水冲患处使之冷却，并脱去患处的衣服。

③脱臼：让伤者保持舒服的姿势，用冷水敷患处，绝不能热敷。
④中暑：迅速将中暑者移到通风凉爽处，解开上衣，用凉水擦头或用酒精擦身，中暑的让其多饮凉水，伴以十滴水等解暑药。
⑤食物中毒：找救护车的同时，给患者灌服温水、盐水或牛奶；用手指等物品伸进患者嘴中刺激咽喉使其呕吐。

9、将燃烧点附近的可燃物或液化气罐及时疏散到安全地点。
家庭生活：
（1）家庭所用电器的总功率必须小于进户线的总功率，防止因线路超负荷引起短路造成火灾。
