首先，千万不要复拿本制词汇书背，那是绝对浪费时间又么什么很高效率的。然后，阅读要慢慢训练，我先讲下我是怎么做阅读的吧。
首先，把题目先看一遍，知道需要回答哪些题目，做到心中有数。然后，开始看文章，一定要可以做到扫读的那种，手里可以拿只笔，把那种重要的信息划出来，比如说：转折的词，总结的词……那些不需要详细看的快速跳过。最后，看到有可能涉及题目的部分就仔细揣摩一下。
这样速度也快，也很有效率的。我做完每次阅读之后，都会把不认识的单词摘抄出来，然后抄在个小本本上，没事的时候就可以拿出来看，这样可以积累单词的。
