❶ 如何有效地教学初中英语短文阅读
但是目前初中英语阅读教学中的以下一些问题值得我们去重视了：
一、教师教学观念上的问题： 许多教师认识不到阅读作为语言技能的一部分，在日常教学中，阅读能力的培养对帮助学生获取更多信息、知识，拓展视野，激发学习兴趣，提高人文素养，提高分析、思考能力、判断能力，从而提高学生综合语言运用能力的重要意义。
二、教师日常教学过程中的问题：许多老师在阅读教学中，有的把阅读当精读；教学过程就是讲解生词、补充词组、罗列搭配、逐句逐段分析，句子结构、语法等。也有的老师逐字逐句翻译，好像在做翻译题，还有的干脆什么都不讲，ABCD答案一对就好。这样就很难锻炼他们的阅读能力了。
三、教师教学方法上的问题：许多教师基本功还欠缺，对英语阅读教学的研究不够、实践不多，尤其是教研氛围不浓的学校，老师们更会忽视对教学方法的研究。在这样的情况下，好多老师在教学方面都自以为是。
四、在课程设置上的问题：在中学英语教学中，阅读虽是语言技能的一部分，但学生阅读量和阅读时间得不到保证，阅读仅是体现于课堂教学中的一部分训练。没有明确的教学目标、教学计划。没有配套的符合学生年龄特点、认知能力的阅读材料。
根据对新的课程标准的理解和阅读教学的现状的分析，结合平时的教学实践、研究，本人认为可以从以下几方面去解决初中英语阅读课存在的问题：
一、合理利用课本阅读资源，提高学生阅读能力。
英语阅读教学在复现、巩固旧词，学习新词汇，扩大词汇量，激发学生学习兴趣，锻炼思维，提高阅读兴趣，培养学生分析、判断能力，对发展个性，陶冶情操，提高人文素养等都起着重要作用。针对学生已有的阅读水平，教师应有目的、有针对性地合理运用已有的课本阅读教学资源组织好阅读教学，在教学中探索科学有效的教学方法，培养良好的阅读习惯，提高阅读能力。
二、广泛收集阅读资源，促进学生英语阅读水平的提高。
在合理利用已有的课本教学资源的基础上，根据课程标准中对学生年龄特点、知识结构、认知能力、不同年级的阅读速度、阅读量的要求，广泛收集贴近学生实际生活、贴近学生实际生活，具有时代特点，内容健康、丰富的阅读资源自编阅读材料。阅读资源要结合学生的兴趣爱好，中西方文化的差异等因素，通过组织有意义的材料来组织初中阅读教学，调动学生参与的积极性，促进学生英语阅读能力的提高。
三、提高教师本身的阅读教学素养，保障阅读教学顺利实施。
教师不断提高阅读教学的理论素养，更新教学理念，充分认识到英语阅读教学的重要性和实际作用，结合学生的知识结构、认知能力、阅读水平和阅读材料的难易，制定教学计划，确立阅读训练的教学目标和教学方法。根据阅读课程的计划、目标，每周确定阅读课时间，在教师的指导下加强阅读训练。
四、加强英语阅读教学方法的研究，促进教师阅读教学能力的提高。随着基础教育改革的不断推进，英语教育、教学改革也取得了很大的进展。广大教师积极参加新的英语课程改革和实践，教师和学生都充分认识到了学生英语阅读的重要性，并积极加强研究和实践。
根据我个人学习和教学实践，为了提高学生参与的积极性，激发他们阅读的兴趣。形成积极的学习态度，发展学生探究学习和合作精神，从而提高学生阅读分析、判断能力。我在英语日常阅读课教学中不断地探索和研究，创造性地实施了“问题情景教学法”的尝试，形成了以下的认识：
1、“语言点问题”的设计与作用。根据阅读课文材料，老师精心设计部分“小问题”，而这些问题的回答就是一些重要的新的语言知识的展现，这些问题浅而易懂，学生通过快速阅读（或听力训练），了解材料内容，很快找到问题的答案，有成功感，提高了他们参与的积极性，激发他们阅读的兴趣。
2、“整体理解性问题”的设计与作用。随着词汇、语言点的处理，老师再精心设计部分“大问题”，促使学生加强对段落的理解，理顺事件发生的顺序，人物行为，加深对文章整体的把握，获取中心意思。同时，根据学生对问题的回答，老师可精选几个重点段落，篇章，引导学生加强朗读，在朗读中猜测生词、难句的意思，加深对句子章节、文章的理解，体验作者意图、态度、感受。从而培养学生的英语阅读和分析能力
3、“趣味思考性问题”的设计与作用。在处理了语言点知识，对文章整体认识后，老师可精心设计一些激发学生兴趣问题，有些问题可让学生相互讨论。进一步促使学生去了解作者观点、态度，提高捕捉加工整合材料信息能力。预测事件情节发展或后果的能力。激发学生学习兴趣，形成积极的学习态度。发展学生探究学习和合作精神。
不难看出，阅读课不仅是语言知识的传授课，而且是技能培养的综合课。怎样才能让英语阅读课更好地发挥如上作用？本人在多年的实践中总结出英语阅读教学的三步曲。
第一步，准备活动，其目的是吸引学生的注意力。可以采用谈论图片、提问回答、现场表演、歌曲、故事、笑话、谜语等形式，当然所选形式要与本文内容密切相关。
第二步：阅读（Reading）。当学生的思维都集中在文本内容上时，可进入第二步。阅读过程既是知识、信息的获取过程，又是能力培养、方法指导的过程，是阅读课教学的关键。可分三种形式进行：
1．扫描阅读 (快速阅读)。其目的是通过快速阅读使学生获取各段大意，从而了解整篇文章写了几个方面的问题。必须同时指导学生快速阅读的方法。
2．细节阅读（精读）。这一阅读过程是使学生获取重要细节的过程，一般要求学生抓住最能说明本段大意的关键词（keywords）。3．计时阅读。这一环节的主要目的是进行舌头、语音、语调的训练，要求学生阅读速度快、语音清楚、语调正确。老师此时充当计时员，看谁读得又快又好。当然，事先放一篇或几篇录音也是可以的。
第三步：检测。 当学生采用以上三种形式的阅读之后，学生到底获取了多少知识信息？可采用第三步来检测。检测分两个层次进行：一是表层测试。对课文内容的提问或简单的判别题、填有关细节的关键词等。二是深层次的检测。如让学生自己创设阅读理解题并附三个或四个选项，问题内容可以是关于段落大意、全文大意、文章题目、细节理解、作者的看法、态度、见解等方面。之后，老师抽查，然后学生交换题目进行互测。这样就充分发挥了学生的想像力、主动性、创造力和判断力。
总之，阅读过程的始终必须以教师为主导，以学生为主体，以培养学生的能力为主线。阅读的步骤、检测的过程都应由浅入深、由易到难。在阅读过程和测试过程中要充分调动学生的主动性、独立性和创造性。这样，学生的阅读能力将比以前有明显提高，尤其是自学能力大大增强，从而达到欣赏短文的效果。

Having formed a rough idea about the whole matter, Holmes probed into the case immediately and had a careful investigation of the entire area shortly after the arrival, ring the process of which he discovered the body of the German teacher Heidegger. Finally, primarily e to his prominent ability as a detective, he managed to unravel the mystery and obtained the twelve thousand pounds promised by the Duke.
Having once started reading this fiction, I was completely immersed in the mysterious story presented by the book. As the saying goes, “Well begun, half done”. At the beginning of the story, just like many other detective stories, the author gives us a brief description of the condition by the words of a client. However, unlike other ones, this story first delineates the client’s strange behavior at length to indicate the severity of the incident in order to attract the readers to continue reading it. As is known to all, vivid depiction is essential to detective stories since it can help the readers understand each figure’s characteristics and visualize the scenes, thus making the story more authentic and attractive. Therefore, trying to present a “real world” to his readership, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, author of the original “Holmes series”, has skillfully arranged the plots of the whole story from the perspective of Dr. Watson, a character not so specialized in discovering the truth hidden behind the enigmatic happenings as Holmes but so loyal to Sherlock Homes as a friend that he always accompanies Holmes wherever he goes. In this way, he elaborately depicted every scene and character in the book, Apart from the special start, the ending of the whole story, being dramatic but reasonable, is certainly an outstanding one. After all, except the author himself, who knows that the Duke’s seemingly ordinary secretary is in fact the Duke’s bastard? In addition, who knows that the Duke actually has already been acquainted with the whole thing before Holmes solves this complicated problem? Yet, surprising as it is, this ending seems so natural that it fits all the plots of the story perfectly well. While enjoying this wonderful story, I could do nothing but admire the wonderful design of this masterpiece as well as the author’s gorgeous writing skill. Closing my eyes, I can even “see” the story happening just like watching a film. Not until then did I understand why the Japanese cartoon film Detective Conan used this “Conan” as the name of its hero.

From his speaking “Every mystery has an answer”, we can readily shape the impression of a man with great intelligence and inflexible will.
