考试时，最冤枉的事莫过于记住的知识想不起来，会做的题目束手无策，简单的运算出现错误，这种现象在考生中并不鲜见。例如有一位考生这么说：“就学习时间而言，似乎已到了我的极限。我觉得平时学得还可以，大部分习题都能做对，但考试时却不知怎么搞的，该对的做不出来，不该错的却偏偏出错，成绩总是不理想，这使我紧张不安，甚至有点儿害怕考试。”出现这种现象的主要原因，在于考生没有使自己处于最佳应试状态，情绪过于紧张，无法充分集中注意力，不能调控自己的内部心理状态和外部操作活动，从而影响自己真实水平的发挥。那么如何将紧张程度调控到中等水平，维持最佳应试状态呢？
