Once King Arthur’s knights were all together in the great hall . It was a time of peace ,and they spent the days in riding and hunting ,On this day ,the messenger of the emperor of the emperor of Rome came .After bowing to the king ,they asked King Arthur to pay tax to Rome ,like Arthur ‘s father .If King Arthur refused to send some money ,the Rome emperor would make such war against King Arthur that it would be an example to all the world .
King Arthur ‘s knights supported him to make a sharp war .Then King Arthur called in messenger and said to them :
“Return to your emperor .Tell him that I refuse his command ,for I owe him nothing .I have won this kingdom by my own strength .Tell him that I shall come with all my army to Rome and make him know I am King Arthur ,”
“This is foolish talk ,“ the emperor said .”Remember that we are Romans .We have ruled the world for centuries ,and a little king of little England shall not make us fear .We will take a few troops to fight with him .”
Before the beginning of the war ,King Arthur called on his men ,looking at them carefully and spoke in a loud clear voice :
“My knights and men who I loved ,remember that you are fighting today for your rights and for the independence of Britain .Do not forget that great courage is as great numbers.”

King Arthur is the figure at the heart of the Arthurian legends. He is said to be the son of Uther Pendragon and Igraine of Cornwall. Arthur is a near mythic figure in Celtic stories such as Culhwch and Olwen. In early Latin chronicles he is presented as a military leader, the x bellorum. In later romance he is presented as a king and emperor.

In the legend of King Arthur, the Round Table was a mythical table in Camelot around which King Arthur and his knights sat to discuss matters crucial to the security of the realm. In some versions, the wizard Merlin also has a seat.
There is no "head of the table" at a round table, and so no one is at a privileged position. Thus the knights were all peers and there was no "leader" as there were at so many other medieval tables. There are indications of other circular seating arrangements to avoid conflicts among early Celtic groups. However, one could infer importance on the basis of the number of seats each knight was removed from the king. The Siege Perilous ("dangerous chair") was reserved for knights of pure heart.

The movie king Authur gave me the deepest impression ring these movies .Roman Empire was going to die in 450 AD. Authur ,this great man

appears in that time .He was so brave and perfect that makes him become a great leader . At first he was a brave leader of knights. He won so many fights just with several knights .In the important battle , he defeated the whole army , which really sharp my eyes. It just like the legend ,I am really appreciate him and in honor of him.

Another person in this movie who impressed me was the woman who finally married Authur I think her skill of killing enemy is no less than Authur .She was so beautiful just like a goddness. Especially in the end of the movie, she dresses the white dress, I was really shocked by her beauty and quality at that time .My god ! How could the God create so beautiful woman ! I am also interested in her skill of using arrows to kill the enemies . I saw clearly that the direction of the arrows were towards the sky. And the enemy were on the ground , how could the arrows go though the enemies ! I am baffled ., any way, it is not practical.

But the plot of this movie still moved me into tears .I dipped myself into it completely when I was watching it . The deaths of the great knights made me feel sad and cry. The fought for freedom and finally died for freedom , they even didn’t enjoyed their freedom for a minute .I am proud of their spirits
