朱凤田 山东菏泽市牡丹区解元集中学 英语阅读作为语言技能的重要组成部分和语言输入的主要环节之一，在英语教学中占有重要地位。培养学生的阅读能力是主要教学目标之一，而在平时的教学过程中我们发现，阅读是学生最头疼的问题。很多学生的阅读兴趣不高，动力不足，方法不当。究其原因，也并非与老师完全无关，部分教师在阅读教学实践中更侧重于语篇的分析理解、语法知识点的讲解，而对于阅读方法的培养，训练学生思维能力、理解能力、概括能力与判断能力没有引起足够的重视。学生普遍存在阅读速度慢、理解能力差的现象。多数学生采用一个单词对应一个汉意，直接翻译成汉语的做法。另外，学生的阅读量少，仅仅局限于课本中安排的篇目以及部分习题中出现的文章，课外读物涉及的少。因此，如何引导学生科学有效地进行阅读，激发其兴趣是值得我们探讨的问题。 一、英语课程标准对初中英语阅读提出的要求 1. 能根据上下文猜测生词的意思，能根据构词法推断、理解生词的含义。 2. 能读懂简单的故事短文并抓住大意；能从文章中找出有关信息；能根据不同的阅读目的运用简单的阅读策略获取信息。 3. 能找出文章中的主题，理解故事的情节，预测故事情节的发展和可能的结局；能理解简易读物中事件发生的顺序和人物行为；能理解段落中各句子之间的逻辑关系。 4. 能读懂说明文等常见体裁的阅读材料和简单的个人信件。 5. 能使用英汉词典等工具书帮助阅读理解。 6. 五级目标要求除教材外，课外阅读量应累计达到15万词以上。 可见，在阅读教学上，除了培养学生的阅读理解能力之外，还应该增加课外阅读量。 二、阅读教学的几点建议 1. 阅读材料的选择，要根据学生的年龄特点、现有水平和接受能力来进行。如初一、初二的阅读材料，倾向于生活实际功能，如问路、指路、接听电话、天气表达、寻物、招领等；而在初三、初四的阅读材料中，人文情感、社会责任、道德伦理深深隐含在其中。另外，多选择一些与所学课文训练要点相契和的文章，以使学生感到学有所用，从而强化课内学习。 2. 做好阅读前的必要铺垫和激发兴趣工作。 3. 阅读过程中老师可以提出问题，口头的或者书面的，让学生带着问题去阅读。此外，老师对阅读方法的指导也是必不可少的。教会学生粗读文章，以了解大意，并能够快速查找某一特定信息；教会学生分段细读，抓住主要事实、关键语言点，明了文章结构，深度理解。 4. 学生平时阅读英语文章、报刊杂志以及各级各类考题中的阅读理解部分，务必要做到从整体上理解和把握文章，不要逐词阅读。要做到词不离句，句不离段，段不离篇。学生在做阅读的时候一开始总是信誓旦旦，下决心要把文章读懂读透。但是在这种观点的指引下，阅读往往就会走入误区，因为太过于注重每个单词、每句话的意思，而忽视了对文章结构的整体理解。我们常遇到这样的情况：句子都能看懂，但读完文章印象却不深。如何学会对文章的整体理解呢？首先，要重视文章的题目和文章的首句。因为文章的题目就是文章的主题，文章的内容就是环绕主题展开。首句很关键，因为首句是文章的导入，点明作者写文章的意图、背景等。其次，要重视每段的最后一句和整篇文章的最后一句。每段的最后一句常常是该段的结论句，而整篇文章的最后一句就往往是这篇文章的结论或作者写这篇文章的用意所在。所以我们在阅读文章时要养成一种习惯：见了文章的题目，要稍微停顿一下，猜一猜，这篇文章大概会写些什么，如果让我来写，我会怎么写。然后你会饶有兴趣地读下去。（当然，在考试中，为了节省时间，猜测这一环节可以省略。）接着再往下阅读时要特别注意每段的第一句与最后一句，这样就既把握住了全文的主要内容，整篇文章的框架结构，又节省了阅读时间，提高了阅读效率。 5. 在平时教学中我经常会遇到这样的情况：不少学生不会使用工具书，遇到生词，先问老师。乍眼一看，阅读课进行的轰轰烈烈，学生不懂就问，阅读积极性高涨，殊不知，这样的阅读不科学也低效。我们要教会学生使用工具书，提倡学生遇到疑问查找工具书，逐步培养其独立阅读的良好习惯。老师注重并教会学生正确使用工具书是指导学生独立阅读的保障。另外，在阅读过程中老师也要指导学生正确处理词汇障碍，遇到生词时，如果不影响语义的理解，跳过它，继续阅读，这有利于提高阅读速度，不打断阅读思路。有时可以通过上下文，在具体的语境中推测词汇的意思，不要一遇到生词就搬词典。 6. 教师要充分发挥指导作用，教给学生阅读技巧，培养学生略读、寻读、按照意群阅读的习惯及能力，逐步提高其阅读质量和速度。在阅读中要求学生改掉不好的阅读习惯，如用手或者笔指读、出声读、以单词注视点阅读、回视等。课堂是培养学生阅读能力的主阵地，老师可以教材中的文章为例运用精读和泛读相结合的方法来进行阅读教学。 7. 阅读结束后，老师可以对重难点进行精讲，组织适当的口语和笔头训练，引导学生背诵几个好句子，有能力的同学要求复述文章（选择有价值的文章复述，否则只是增加学生负担）。 阅读能力的培养不是一朝一夕之功，靠的是持之以恒的努力。所以指导学生在课外广泛阅读是很必要的，让学生做好阅读笔记，写下有价值的生词、好句子，或者是自己对文章大意的归纳以及自己的阅读感受。同时老师要查阅笔记，科学及时地给予评价。为了调动积极性，引导学生更用心地去进行英语阅读，评价可以只是以认真程度、努力程度来进行，不以好坏而论。

我任教英语10多年了，关于英语阅读理解的解题技巧，要抓住两个个重点。

1、词汇方面：词汇是英语学习的基础。

很多学生反映，在阅读过程中觉得有些单词非常面熟，可却不知道是什么意思，所以整篇文章理解起来记忆不知所云，造成阅读障碍。如果考试大纲要求记忆的词汇没有掌握的话，在通篇理解文章时就会困难重重。高效阅读的方法需要训练，是一种眼脑相互协调的高效率学习方法，一般情况下，培养阅读者直接把视觉器官感知的文字符号转换成意义，消除头脑中潜在的发声现象，形成眼脑直映，结合记忆训练，用以提高学习效率。

由于大家平时对快速阅读接触不多，可以通过直接训练，训练大脑和眼睛的协调能力，去年，有学者推荐《精英特全脑速读记忆软件》作为假期学生学习计划中，以为软件练习30个小时就能使阅读速度提高5-10倍左右，学习每天练习1-2个小时，两个星期就能取得很好的效果，普通人300字每分钟左右的阅读速度会达到3000字每分钟的阅读速度，记忆力也相应的快速提升。这个建议得到了中央教科所心理研究室原主任、多年从事脑心理研究的专家朱法良的高度认可，目前我们学习很多班级开展的假期速读速记训练课程，用的就是《精英特全脑速读记忆软件》
